The service was excellent, and the restaurant was very clean and nicely decorated. Overall, I had a great experience - but the 3 star rating is due to the coffee just not being good. I ordered a butter pecan latte and it just tasted like warmed milk with a splash of coffee. I would love to see the coffee improve!

The coffee is fine for what it is. The difference people are noticing is the difference between a shot pulled from an automatic machine and a hand pulled shot. The shot from the automatic machine will generally be a little thinner and lose a little character. They're probably also using a coffee blend/roast profile that's different from the over roasted stuff most people are used to. The staff was super pleasant and the atmosphere is really nice. I like the concept of the attached franchises.

They get their ice cream from The Chocolate Shoppe ice cream shop from Wisconsin. It is the best ice cream I have ever had and I am somewhat of an ice cream connoisseur. With that being said, they are way over priced. You can go to Norma Jeans or Hometown scoops for a way better price (they also get their ice cream from The Chocolate Shoppe). Great ice cream, horrible prices.

Usually love the milkshakes, expensive but they’re good, except for today. I get milkshakes here because they usually don’t have that heavy syrup taste. Today it did. I told them that my milkshake didn’t taste good and had way too much syrup in it and was basically just told, “well that’s how they’re made” I explained that I’ve never got one that tasted like that before and she said, “well they’ve been making them wrong”. If this is how they’re making them now I think I’ll pass. Milkshakes like this are cheaper at McDonald’s.

Leaving 3 starts because the prices are a little rediculous. The service and the coffee was great I was about the only person in there on a Saturday morning. When I approached the counter I was asked is 16oz cup ok because they can't get bigger cups which I find a little unbelievable... I said sure... Cost almost $11 for 2 16oz coffees. The quality and the taste was most definitely there I'll give them that. To be honest I'll continue going to McDonald's and getting almost twice the size for $2.

Me and my wife came in there with my nephew and get some ice cream right at 8:59 And employee was talking to friends and everything and another employee went back never got waited on I was looked at and never was acknowledged I waited 5 to 8 minutes still no acknowledgment still talking to their friends and I left I will never be back at Jolt cow in salem indiana very poor employees

Great looking place however almost $5 for one scoop of icecream is rather high. It did taste great though. My cappuccino could’ve been better it’s didn’t have much flavor to it

My latte was WAY too hot and had no foam. The sauce wasn’t stirred at all. One of the worst lattes I’ve ever had. I really wanted to like this place, but I won’t be back.

They are the best coffee place I know I’m not into coffee that much. But I tried it and love it. the people are the best and very nice. They are very helpful people
