Over the Top Bakery Cafe

had lunch delivered from there, & gave a pretty generous tip, was not impressed. asked for a plain cheese burger , came with lettuce & tomato with no cheese. bun kinda crunchy, plus it was not very hot. not too appetizing. will not be ordering from there again

Great tasting baked goods and a wide variety of rotating lunch specials all at reasonable prices. A friendly atmosphere and knowledgable/helpful staff. A hidden gem in North Liberty, best cakes around!

I love to place my order on the phone for a Rueben Panini and have my mother surprise me with the bakery items. They have the best Apple or Banana Fritters! Actually, anything they have is delicious. We are so fortunate to have such a wonderful bakery in our little town!! I am a customer for life!!!

good place to stay away from.JUST KIDDING............EXCELLENT QUALITY AND TASTE. LOVE THE COCONUT DONUTS I GOT. NOW TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO SNEEK MY BED IN THERE WITHOUT THEM KNOWING ABOUT THEIR BIG OLE MOUSE...................HIGHLY RECOMENDED. BRING LOTS OF MONEY AND A BIG APPETITE....................

The best ladies in the world. I get the pot pie or roast beef panini when I'm visiting my boyfriend. We share a small salad. It's delish! We can't wait for the pastry dessert. They're open Wed - Sun and will hold you're favorite if you call early enough

The bakery has exquisite coffee and pastries - the strawberry shortcake donut is aMAZing!!

The handmade breads make for an excellent panini - the roast beef with provolone, caramelized onions, and spicy mustard is epic!!

This cafe is a must-try destination from any distance!

So far I've only tried their donuts,I don't think I've ever had better fritters,and as far as the other donuts,also delicious, cant wait to try the biscuits and gravy.

Loved it! Helped us out with our last minute reveal cupcakes. Also some of the best Paczkis I've ever had :)
