Ice cream is delicious and staff always friendly- I only wish the evening hours were longer

I don’t know what else to say other than we are disappointed with this experience. As my girlfriend and I have been to the Wienbach and Burkhardt location many times, we have never had been treated in this manner. The staff was unhelpful, looked annoyed, and rude the entire time we placed our order. The only smile we saw was the girl who brought out our food. We don’t have a very complicated order and the lady taking our order made it very complicated. I wish she had been more helpful and less annoyed. There were quite a few questions I had never been asked and I ended up with a drink very different then I intended. Overall I think we’ll stick to the other locations as the staff has always been very friendly and helpful.

Always a fantastic place to enjoy a coffee alone or with someone. Best lattes in town.

They serve fantastic ice cream from graeter's. Coffee drinks are excellent, too.

Really enjoyed our Nutcracker coffee and blueberry muffin

The cinnamon coffee is to die for! Cute inside, patio area overlooking the River is an ideal place to visit with friends.

Took a long time to get my coffee. Not only that but I had to ask for my ice cream after receiving my coffee. Guy said he forgot about it. But everybody else in line that ordered ice cream received theirs right away. Very disappointing.

We love Honey Moon! So happy to have them closer to home. As always the atmosphere and food were amazing!
