Donut Bank

Our last few drive-thru orders have been messed up (only notice after paying and receiving incorrect food). Workers are very nice, though. Just a suggestion to have them repeat orders back right after placing orders to ensure correctness. Things can get lost in translation when there’s no order repeat-back or no screen to view the order before paying.

Donut Bank in Evansville Indiana on Diamond Ave is the Best and so is the the one in Newburgh, Indiana!! You cannot go wrong with those two locations!!!!

I'm done with this place until their professionalism improves. It's a shame too, because the donuts and coffee are good.

Every time we come here, they are out of whole grain bagels, or muffins, or (more than once) chocolate donuts. Seriously? How can you constantly be out of items like this? And we're talking by 9:30am, not the afternoon or something else.

My favorite is when they're out of items, but they don't tell you until -after- you've paid. That's also happened more than once.

Please, change management or something.

I love this place. Always clean and prompt service. Come to Chicago 😁 FRESHEST AND MOST DELICIOUS DONUTS EVER! No other bakery compares to them. Always have to make a couple trips when visiting family.

They have the best Chocolate Cream Filled Long John's. But all their donuts are delicious. Even the donut holes are delicious too especially the lemon 🍋 donut holes.

Best in the donut game for years. Cake, cookies, donuts all awesome. As far as I can remember have never had a bad service experience. Waits can be a little long but what do you expect when everyone shows up at the same time for their morning treats.

The donuts and pastries are very good. My only complaint is it takes a long time to pay after you pick your donuts

2 words: Fruit Fritters!

Many of DBs donuts and muffins are awesome, but these stand out. Many fritters are too doughy or lack fruit, but these are perfect!

My only critique would be to add a second fruit option. Would LOVE to see a cherry version added!
