Scooter's Coffee

Good coffee. Extremely rude staff. The menu board has descriptions in tiny red print that cannot be read unless you get out of your car and walk right up to the board. Their way of "fixing" my order was to scrape all the ingredients from the inside of the sandwich and give me back the two pieces of soggy bread. No apology. No refund. I'll never go back.

You can order ahead on the app, but it doesn't help get your drink any faster since you can't pick it up anywhere. You still have to wait in the drive thru line. If they had a walk up window on the other side, then ordering ahead makes sense.

Service is great, fast. I've tried a few different items, I just don't personally care for their coffee. I prefer a bolder coffee flavor. It's overpriced.

The one sandwich was bland. I don't eat spicy foods of any kind, I'm just a 'plane jane', but it basically did not have any taste. Maybe some salt and pepper? The other 2 sandwiches were good. Nice food stand.

Love they brought this to our area. I wish they had more if the coconut drinks like srarbucks dragon drink but theyre blended drinks are good. I do think pricing is higher than it should be but they are super friendly here

I work at Scooter's Coffee Drive Thru and the people I work with are the greatest, the customers are always happy because we give such great service and we show the love to our community!!! Thanks to everyone in Nappanee and around the area for making our days great 👍👍👍

Very good coffee but I echo what the lady said further down! The older lady at the window is very rude and acts like you are a bother.
