The Caffeinery

GREAT customer service!! This was my 1st time here, and the customer service was great with recommendations for me! My latte was so pretty it looked too good to drink! 😁 So sad that I haven't been here before today! Wonderful addition to our city's Downtown area!!

Best coffee/tea shop in Muncie. Everyone is always so friendly and sweet. They also just got new biodegradable/recyclable straws and I appreciate their effort to make the world a cleaner place. Highly recommend!!

I went to Ball State all 4 years of school and visited this coffee shop regularly. Now I live in Indianapolis and make it an effort to come here once a month. It is the perfect place to meet with friends, do schoolwork or or simply “chill out.”

I’ve lived in this town for 23 years. I worked downtown for 11 years. I’ve seen this space be a lot of things. None of those businesses lasted. It was a cafe, a photo studio, maybe some kind of boutique? The fact that I don’t remember what all was even in that space is a good indication of the impact it had on the community. Then comes the Caffeinery. From day one, it was obvious that this was going to be different. Frank and Lauren transformed the space into a place you want to be. The coffee is great, the food is great, the service is great. In the midst of Covid-19, I’ve gained a greater respect for the Caffeinery because of the way they have communicated with their patrons and the truthfulness in which they communicate. I haven’t ordered any coffee beans from their roastery yet, but I’m thinking it’s time to change that.

I have this this to say about The Caffeinery: in all my travel which includes large US cities and countries around the world, this place is hands down the best. The coffee is delicious and the staff is awesome! Now, when I say delicious I mean it's the most delicious coffee I've ever had. (If you were curious, Opening Bell Coffee in Dallas, TX is #2)

Great atmosphere and really cool location. The staff is super friendly and really knowledgeable. While they offer the same drinks as other coffee shops, but they do it better, they are also making coffee in ways I have never heard of. Food and pastries are also delicious!

I love coming here for coffee. So many options so little time. My only complaint is that is can get so busy, it loses its chill, calm coffee house vibes the moment a long line forms out of the door. Dare I say, they need a new location to hold this amazing business?

Super cute place! Prices comparable to Starbucks and you get to support a local business. The nutter butter latte (I don't remember exactly what it's called) is delicious but if you don't like sweet things probably get something else.
