Could not have had a worse experience!
Honestly, if it hadn't happened to me I would think a person was embellishing.
First timer checking out this very new business.
I was curious because of the very long lines at dri e through.
Well, it was Sunday morning and when I drove by, there was no line.
Perfect time to try them out.
I ordered a vanilla bean latte and a cinnamon roll.
Drive around to pick up Wndow and there are wide cement pylons Making you have to open your door to Reach the cashier to pay.
I am informed they are out of cinnamon rolls.
I. Pay for my latte and am told to pull ahead and they will bring my dri k to me.
No one else is in dri e up but I comply.
A car pulls around to the drive up.
Now it's been over 10 minutes.
I am contemplating whT I should do. If I hadn't already paid, I would have just left.
The car behind me has now bee n at the window for quite a while also.
A worker comes outside with a very large bag.
He looks at my car and my plastic order number a d stops.
He goes inside with the bag.
Now 4 workers come outside and stare at my car.
I figure out right away that they have forgotten my tiny order of one latte.
The girl who took my mo ey. O es out and hands me my drink.
I ask if they seriously forgot me.
She. Never says word. No answer,no explanation, no apology.
I promise to do a honest review of my experience.
I take a drink. It's tasteless. Pure ice.
No coffee or Vanilla bean at all.
At this point I figure why in the world would the owner put so much work and money into this place and ruin it with bad flavorless drinks and mute workers unwilling to apologize for the trainwreck of food and service.
I wish there was a zero star rating. This place deserves zero support.

Apparently the owner says they were there and aware of my order and the complete trainwreck.
Why did you send 4 teens to stare at me?
Why didn't you personally difuse such a difficult situation?
I did not raise my voice until after I asked if they forgot about me.
You would know this if you were truly there and just preferred your employees to stand mute and serve tasteless items. The drink was void of any coffee flavor at all
It was pure icee style ice.

The owner stating that their employees are instructed to clean up after themselves before giving drive up their drink is poor customer service at best.
If this is true and anyone who orders a drink has to wait 10 to 20 minutes for their order, this place will fade into oblivion.
My thoughts are that my order was forgotten . Owner sees my review and decides that gaslighting me is better than fixing the problem.
Your answer to my review is revealing to all potential customers that they will want to avoid doing business with you.

AMAZING coffee, excellent food, great friendly customer service at its finest! We will be returning customers for sure! Hidden gem!!! We loved it!

A delightful new spot! The French toast was delicious and the coffee hits! With so many options on the menu I'll definitely be back to try it all.

I really like the coffee shop, I have been at leat 4 times, at first I was not accustomed to the wait time but since have gotten used to it and don't mind the wait time at all. I have so far ordered a variety of drinks including plain coffee with a splash of cream, chocolate Frappuccino,Tea with boba and hot chocolate with wip. All the drinks were delicious and and the right temp and staff were super friendly, can't wait to go back!.

Santa was there today and the place was hopping. The service we received was awesome! The coffee was delicious 😋 I really like the atmosphere in the new place. Thank you for coming to Muncie. 😋😃

Hubby and i had the burritos. Super yummy! Would love to have pico as an option rather than the taco sauce referred to as salsa. It was good, don't get me wrong just my preference. Had a custom made cinnamon mocha frap. It was the best I've had. Hubby had the salted caramel frap. Can't wait to try the burgers. Everyone was super friendly. This is as cozy as you can get and i loved it.

New favorite place to go! Coffee and food is fabulous! Staff is super friendly.

Good place for breakfast but they use plastic cutlery which I'm not a fan of. Food was excellent.

Just did the drive thru but coffee was great! Can't wait to come back.
