My daughter loves the Boba drinks.

Came back home for Thanksgiving break and tried this place out with my mom. Very vibrant interior and friendly staff. Drinks were good, and less expensive than other coffee options in MC. Great music, very clean, and polished. I highly suggest this place to everyone. Various options for seating, including a study nook, which I thought was genius. I will for sure be back next time I’m in town.

My last few times there was horrible customer service. The biracial girl with blond streaks in her hair is extremely rude to be working at a coffee shop. I never feel welcomed and she always has an attitude.

Literally the best coffee place in the world! The flavors are great, the variety is incredible, the turkey bragel is amazing. The staff are the friendliest easy going folks ever. My only wish would be for more sugar free, low carb options.

So excited to have a Biggby Coffee in the area! I have visited quite a few different locations and the Michigan City location doesn't disappoint. Friendly and very helpful staff. Fun location. Love the repurpose and renovation. I had the mallow hot chocolate and it was delicious! Just the right amount of marshmallow to hot coca ratio.

I tried Biggby for the first time and got the latte of the day iced with a shot of espresso added. It was a little more pricey for a 20 oz ($6.09) than I'm used to paying but the drink was delicious and the service was amazing. I went back today because yesterday was so amazing! At first I regretted going for coffee before work because I got pulled over on the way there. But, once I got there finally, it was $2 all drinks all day! So many good deals! Turned my day right around! Glad I went for coffee even though I got pulled over on the way. Also, today's birthday cake latte is awesome. Not too sweet which I was worried about.

By most prices, they are a bit expensive but no-one else provides the flavors and drinks that these guys provide.

The staff is great, especially "Shaq"... That guy is awesome!

The open time is great, the closing times I wish would be later but all in all, awesome place.

Not always the fastest service but the drinks are always worth the wait, the breakfast sandwiches are to die for, and the customer service is awesome and friendly! I love this place!

EDIT** The 2 ladies working these past 2 mornings have been killing it! I have never had faster service and everything tasted fantastic! Thanks ladies!

The staff is what makes this place great, the coffee is like getting an unexpected bonus. First time going here I was thinking of it as a regular coffee or fast food place. Boy was I wrong. the young woman taking my order was quirky, spunky, funny, and very enjoyable and CERTAINLY brightened my day. I would have gave 4 stars because the wait times are a bit ridiculous but man... That left an impression on me that will last a lifetime. I'm going to go get some Biggby coffee right now. (as soon as 6am gets here)
