First of all, Hos was a clean facility, nice lighting, comfortable seating w both indoor & outdoor tables.
The lines were not clearly marked to order & pick-up. The counter was not as accommodating as some coffee shops w a clear area for drink delivery as opposed to order areas.
The staff were polite & prompt. Very helpful & informative regarding product prep, processes & available options (Milk options; brew options & coffee bean roasts).
Cost ... very pricey! I got one doughnut & a small Chia Tea w oat milk & cost before top was $11! It was not clear on the board w the menu, or perhaps I just could not find the items on the menu.
The very helpful clerk who took my order, assured me the product was so good that I would be back. However, he was wrong. The experience was pleasant, but the Chia was not impressive nor was the oat milk in it (which was probably an up sale). The doughnut was good, a Chia doughnut! But too pricey to repeat the experience for the quality I received.
Also, I have been in many coffee shops all over the country & most usually the people are more friendly as we wait in line for a variety of special treats. The few in line in front of me did not smile or acknowledge I had entered the line. The few behind me did not return my smile either. The staff was very friendly, polite & eager to please. Even w the high cost, I tipped. They deserved it!

This new little coffee shop in Madison Indiana is awesome. Friendly staff and amazing environment. They also serve sunergos beans out of Louisville which is my all time favorite roastery. Support this new local business. They are doing great things. We like them so much we are giving away a mug and gift card to some of our customers.

First visit and I live 2 minutes away!! I pass this place almost everyday and I absolutely LOVE it!! This is very quaint, quiet, and friendly. Free Wi-Fi if you're wanting to spend the day working! The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly! I'm not a huge coffee drinker, but they have quite a few sugar free/fat free options for drinks that still taste great!

I usually make my coffee at home but I sometimes run out of time before work starts. Today I was feeling extra groggy so at lunch I decided to order some coffee. The staff was super friendly and kind. The americano I ordered tasted amazing along with the poppyseed muffin!

This week was my first time trying this shop and it was quaint, quiet, comfortable, and I felt like it was the perfect area to just read a book and relax. My barista was incredible but I feel like I offended them by not going for their recommendation of a pour over but they were really nice about it haha.
I ended up getting a Miele and it was really good but had a lot of grounds in it. I know that kind of thing happens. I can’t wait to possibly come try this place again and will definitely get a pour over this time!
