Good food, a variety of choices, and a very friendly staff. The desserts are very good! My only complaint is that the portions are sometimes on the small side for the price. And I do wish they had more vegetarian options. But what they have is quite good, and I will definitely continue to go there.
One of Madison, Indiana's best places to eat for lunch. Their sandwiches are delicious, and I highly recommend the pretzel salad! Everything is excellent there!
The Reuben sandwich was just awful. When I ordered I specifically asked if this was a traditional Reuben and I was told yes it was. Traditional reubens are not a blended ( pureed). The only reason I ate it was because I needed to eat something ( I'm diabetic). The lady did offer to fix something else but I was almost done and. The owner ? Said that it is a big hit with her customers, but really I can't see how.
This food by far is actually made by Artisans. Speaking of artists there is a local artist that they display the works of it is phenomenal and by all means do not avoid going upstairs. Look at the entire Art Gallery available to you. And while you're there you might also want to mention to those wonderfully talented cooks that although the food is great it is so expensive it's not even funny. I spent over 50 bucks on a meal for just my wife and I. And it was a simple home-cooked meal with the amount of servings that I would have had if I cooked it at home. But 50 bucks?
Step in for a lovely spot to enjoy lunch or coffee, and don't forget the dessert. Dining in allows you to enjoy the art available for sale and some fine kitchen/home goods available also. Kitchen is open until 3pm.
Light infused architecturally delightful cafe coupled with painting and sculpture by accomplished artist Eric Pfagan. Love the music playing and musing of locals socializing. Loved the chicken pot pie and warm genuine vibe from the owner...aka artists Mom : )
Clean, wonderful settings, displays great paintings, art, sculptures etc. Wonderful people who are kind and knowledgeable about their business. Going back soon.

Everyone is so kind here. The atmosphere is very relaxing. My boyfriend and I stop in every time we go to Madison and share a dessert.
