This was a nice local Cafe with friendly staff, and affordable food. The service was quick and the food was good. They have a simple breakfast menu and appetizers, salads, sandwiches and other entrées for lunch. There is a parking lot next to the building which makes it easy since it's right on the main road of downtown Lebanon.

Unfortunately, I have to revise my review. Recent visits have been ruined my terrible service. Also, during our last visit the person sitting directly behind us had a nasty, wet cough and hacked so much I got up and left without ordering. I know this isn't the restaurant's fault, but it really speaks to the general nature of the crowd this place attracts. Who goes out to eat with a cough like that?

Very friendly staff and the food was so fresh and delicious! Reasonable prices for the portion size and ample parking. This was my first time at bekas but definitely not my last. Great place for a family meal after church!

It's what you imagine a small town diner to be. Friendly wait staff with prompt service, great food and generous portions, along with fair prices. Not only have I never been disappointed, I would highly recommend them to anyone hungry!

This place is something else, something that I probably won't return to. I hadn't been here before under Bekah's name but used to frequent a long time ago when under another owner/name & it sure isn't theirs anymore! The place was still busy as ever but dirty & there was barely room to walk between tables. Many times someone would have to move out of the way & wait while another person manuevered through. I waited over 45 minutes at the wait staff bar area without being acknowledged at all by any of the staff. I should've left but part of me wanted to see how far that would go. Finally, one of the staff said they'd be right with me as soon as they made some desserts & delivered for a table. She made them right in front of me, licking her fingers after putting the pie on the plate, the whipped cream on it & between scoops of ice cream on another!! Seriously, yuck! I have immunodeficiency so this is a double no-go! Looks like they run 2-4 daily specials depending on meal/desserts etc. We have allergies that at least they were honest about when they told me they couldn't do anything to help me. The cook, I could hear him, he told about the fryer setup but said he couldn't guarantee that someone else didn't use either fryer for the item of allergy..which meant fried foods we're off the menu for us..short of him using a pan, which wasn't offered. The kids menu is very limited which I found unfortunate. The desserts looked delicious with an assortment of store bought pies etc. I however had already marked that off based upon what I witnessed at the beginning. I was told most of the items are store bought instead of home made as they were in the past..glorified microwave etc stop anyone? Parking is an issue as it's a small limited area shared by at least 3 places but I think it's actually 5, as some people using it likely not visiting one of the 3 businesses, if one were honest. Their prices are pretty fair but after all I experienced/witnessed I think I'd rather drive to Mechanicsburg-which is much smaller restaurant but great food, service, prices, people & parking or two other near enough towns with the same kind of old town feel. My suggestion is to do just that, go elsewhere.

Just an excellent local diner serving up great, classic dishes. Absolutely nothing wrong with doing the basics so well. You're not going to find anything 'artisan' here, but the classic American diner breakfast and lunch options are all so well done that you won't care.

Large tasty helpings of food. With breakfast being a option all day. Nice friendly servers that went the extra mile to make our first visit a memorable one. Recommend this place 110%

OMG!! ABSOLUTELY the BEST onion rings!! HUGE breaded pork tenderloin. Spicy chili fries! My Ribeye had amazing flavor. The staff was above and beyond friendly. We will definitely be back, we will make the 1.5 hour trip for this home cooking!

Was really pleased on how good the food was. We had a party of 5 and we all ordered something different. Honestly like home cooked food. Food was better and cost less than Bob Evans.
