Every time my boyfriend and I go to Kokomo to see his family, we stop by this location on our way back to Indy. I always make a joke that no matter what I order it will just taste like hot almond milk or vanilla. Tonight and the previous time, I ordered a hot chocolate but wanted it made with almond milk instead of regular milk because I have a dairy intolerance. Both times they have given me just a hot cup of almond milk, zero chocolate. Tonight it was barely warm, if it wasn’t 10:00 pm I would have gone back to ask for a remake. It’s the most ridiculous situation. I wanted a beverage so I decided to go ahead and drink it. However, why would I pay for a hot cup of almond milk? If the chocolate sauce they use has dairy, tell me and I’ll order something else, don’t just hand me hot milk.

If you like Great Coffee and truly a good customer service then I suggest this place. Everytime I come, I'm greeted nicely and talked to like a person.

I don’t know what has happened with their drive through service. They used to be awesome. Their food is great, but they are slow, just to get one drink in the drive through. I’m very disappointed in change in service.

I go to coffee junkies about 4 times a week and get the same thing. They're usually fast but today wasn't. And I wasn't upset after I found out there was only one girl working BY HERSELF while having a line all the way out to the street. She was the sweetest, held her composer and still did her job even though she was slammed with orders. Her customers service was still on point!!! I tipped her all the cash I had on hand but she deserves more. If the owner cared any for their employees they would giver her a generous bonus for gratitude and all her hard work when no one else wanted to work. Not only is it overwhelming for one person but it's not safe either. Anything could happen. But she did it!!! Did catch her name but this was around 8am, October 14th.

We called in an order for pickup, for 4 pizza's. I arrived before the time of being done, and noticed that the drive thru was backed up, so I decided to go in. I waited in line for 20 minutes, and only to get 3/4ths of our order. Once I noticed that I didn't get what I paid for, they said it would be 5 more minutes. Well, I waited 22 minutes for a smaller pizza, while the other 3 got cold. We spent over $70+ for the order, and all we got was, sorry for the wait.

Best drive-thru coffee shop in town. Loads of flavors, widest selection of sugar free syrups, and friendliest service I've experienced.

Iced coffee drinks need to be iced, prior to giving to the customer and its still either hot or very warm from half way down the cup to the bottom... unsat !

I use to visit ATLEAST 4 times a week now I barely go for many reason:
1. Had my debit card broken in half but then argued with me and said I gave it to her that way. I'm pretty sure I would know if it was in 2 pieces coming out of my wallet. Acknowledgement would've been sufficient.
2. Constant rotation of new staff who probably get paid minimum wage to be busy all day in a high demand job.
3. The biggest complaint is military discount. It use to be 25% off everything then it went down to 10% but then it went down to 10% only on 1 drink and 1 food item. Now it's where you can't use the stamp card or loyalty rewards program from online orders and get that item discounted. ANYWAYS today I had to take my gma to hospital so I stopped and used my full stamp card and got a free item and 1 other item and I told them I had military discount and I also asked for a receipt but I had to ask again after I got my drinks bc I never was told the amount. And once I pulled away I noticed I didn't receive my discount on the 1 item I bought and didn't use my stamp card. So this place has went from great to a money grab. I'll go to speedway if I need coffee. Multiple bad experiences but besides that it's good coffee good food just overpriced and terrible customer service.

The barbecue chicken pizza was delicious! Crispy hand tossed crust and plenty of toppings!

It's the best coffee shop in town, I'd say. Big Ben's is a close second, but they can't compare to the sheer variety of CJz. No matter your tastes, you'll find something in the menu that you'll love, whether it's strong, sweet, or even just good food. I recommend the Toasted Marshmallow latte in particular. Get it hot. It's really just too good to explain.
