Great coffee, lots of comfortable options for just one or two people to enjoy a quiet solitary cup or a family/group to find a space for meeting together. Plenty of up to date access to electrical outlets for device's needed for a study group or business meeting.

I use the location at Jefferson and Phillips St. Employees are friendly. Prices are right. Great place meet up or just relax with a cup of coffee. Food is decent too.

Ben's no matter what location in town has good drinks! My case manager and I went to the newer location and there was plenty of nice quiet spots to do our meeting while we had some delicious drinks, and at way more affordable prices than a large corporation.

This is THE BEST Coffee place in all of Kokomo. Big Ben's coffee Beats Star Bucks (even if they were to ever have an off day). This is a Locally Owned and Operated Coffee House, The owners have made it their lives mission to invest in their employees and their community. Every customer and every cup they serve gets the Preferred Customer service commitment.
I promise that if the coffee doesn't get you, The customer service will - No one will give you better coffee & service then Big Ben.

Warning: was a little pricey! Other than that I got the small s'mores frozen coffee and finished it happily in under ten minutes! Very good items and service and way underrated compared to Starbucks.

The first time I ever went to Big Bens was in 2015 to 2016 and let me tell all who reads this. The only thing that's different is the location; an even then it will always hold true to its business, an people. Thank you for being part of this community.

I love this place! I am suggesting to get a Mic and have an open Mic night and let anybody who wants to share their craft as far as poetry readings, acoustic guitar songs or excerpts out of books they may be writing. I think that would be fun!

Friendly staff. Very cute and spacious inside. Stopped by with my son and we were pleasantly surprised. We took some extra time to take advantage of the chess table and board games.

Like any other day I go in to get coffee at big bens. Which is typically an ok experience. Today I went in and the barista had no enthusiasm or customer service. Very displeased when places like this run on customer service. So my friend and I left. Not the first time we have had bad customer service experience. Apparently it’s normal to walk away and go do something right in the middle of taking a customers order. Not a welcoming or coffee promoting demeanor. Need better customer service training. Will not be coming back.
