Krispy Kreme

Went to get an assorted dozen & original dozen. Had a selection list picked out from their website but when I got to the store, they didn't have any of the ones we wanted at all. I asked if they were just out of them. They said they dont carry them anymore. Why is it still on the website if its not available anymore? Also on the menu right by the order speaker there's a big sign showing apple fritters. They said they aren't selling them right now either. Just ended up getting 2 original dozens. Alot of FALSE ADVERTISING going on there!

Always great service. The employees are exceptional. I use to go there every day I had to go into work, but not as much anymore since they changed their iced coffee/liquid sweetener.

I made the mistake of arriving at the store at about 5 PM on a Monday. Evidently, it was $4.99 per dozen day, unbeknownst to me. I drove to the drive-through...a big mistake. It seems that they could not keep up with demand, at least for the three cars ahead if me. Fifteen minutes later, the "cook" came out and told us car by car that we could have any donut that we wanted, except for glazed. I did not want my donut, I wanted out of line but was trapped with cars ahead and behind. DO NOT HOLD A PROMOTION INLESS YOU HAVE THW RESOURCES TO FULFILL DEMAND.

Tried going in at 9:30 pm as a night shifter trying to get a dozen donuts as a last minute gift for a manger leaving and doors already locked

I waneed some of the warm oh so good original Krispy Kreme and 6:00 am on a Tuesday. I pull into the drive thru and order ,made my way to the window. I ask those are warm right? The lady said no our warm light isn't on. What that's just no right. So didn't get the time when they decided to turn on their warm light. So disappointing, I don't think I will go there again.

Krispy Kreme is a great business with delicious doughnuts and lovely staff. The experiences I have had here are spectacular. I love the atmosphere and the way they treat me and my family.

The employees are frustrating, and their doughnuts overpriced as well as lacking in variety. All I wanted was the easter special reeses egg doughnut and I was informed upon arrival that they sell out within an hour of opening the store. I feel that they should make more doughnuts when they run out, that is what the store sells afterall...

They tasted different then what I remember. Definitely didn't want to waste my calories on them

Out of this world donuts. Fresh and soft, it just melts in your mouth and makes your tastebuds go WOW!

Walked in today and they had 3 donuts, and their matching was off. The employees just stood there and did nothing to me. I left and tried to call to see when they would have donuts but they never answered. Just close the shop if you aren’t going to serve people or answer the phone. Not sure I’ll bother going back.
