I am a CC regular. Usually stop there every morning before work. As of late, the wait times in the drive thru line have been excessive in the mornings. And my coffee cake I got yesterday was stale and hard as a rock. Very disappointed in that. Won't be eating that again. Can't go wrong with the coffee drinks but the pastries leave much to be desired...

Waited in line for a rather long time this morning to bring my wife a coffee since she had to go in to work this weekend, only to get it to her and it was completely wrong. Don't get me wrong, I understand being busy. But I had to tell the girl at the window my order upon pulling up to it, even after saying it into the speaker. Two times I told her my simple order and it was still wrong. A bit disappointing for a coffee that costs over $5.

Excellent coffee shop. High quality lattes and drip coffees. An amazing signature house blend that is the highlight of just about anybody morning. If you have the time they also have a lounge area where you can read books, play chess or surf the web while you enjoy your coffee.

Always great! I also like that is locally owned and supports this area. It is far better than Starbucks, and unlike Starbucks, Coffee Crossing is Christian owned supporting our values, not being against us for our Biblical views of marriage as is Starbucks.

Very quiet atmosphere for sipping coffee while you work, write, read or study. It's also family friendly with each location offering board games for people or children to enjoy during their visit. Their coffee is on par with any other chain coffee shop, but their selection of bakery items surpasses other chains...mainly because their bakery items are made at the company-owned bakery in New Albany.

So many great things about this place: baristas, coffee, smoothies, decor and all around vibe. The baristas are super friendly, always smiling, the perfect start to your day before the first drop of espresso even touches the soul. The coffee is fabulous, the aroma of the brews feeds the anticipation! From their espresso classics, to their signature drinks, personal favorite being the Moose caramel mocha, they are all exceptional! The smoothies present a great option for a quick meal on the go! Their peaches and cream is so creamy, smooth and delicious frequent brain freezes are expected yet not recommended. The subtle decor speaks to me. A modern twist on the classic, holding firm to the coffee house roots. One of probably the most under rated yet over appreciated aspects is the presence of real toilet paper in the restrooms, no single ply in sight! Speaks volumes of their dedication to customer satisfaction and the depth of their care. Always a dope beat in the background wraps up the experience.

When need a special treat or an afternoon pick me up, this is the place. Inside there is a relaxing atmosphere or with outside seating you can enjoy the weather. They also have a drive thru which is awesome. Serving all the great coffee recipes as the competition!

I go there almost everyday to study. The environment is peaceful especially for people like me who have a hard time concentrating. The baristas are nice and will know you by name if you come in a second time! 😄

The coffee and chai tea are the best, always fresh. The staff is great, fast and very kind. My favorite place!
