my favorite coffee place in indy. love the vibes of this place & how creative the drinks are! if you love tea, the matcha & london fog is incredible!!

I think that overall this coffee shop is an awesome little spot to chill and study for several hours. The basement is my preferred part of the café. Definitely a great spot for the winter, but the only thing is that there are limited tables to work comfortably at; the wi-fi is a little spotty as well. But, I would definitely consider this place for a chill spot to work.

I am in love with this place. Honestly, they serve the creamiest chai latte I’ve ever had, and I didn’t think anyone could top Starbucks, but they’ve outdone themselves. Pair that with the best customer service, and the most adorable cozy basement setting, and you’ve got yourself the best damn coffee shop in broad ripple. I would consider this my happy place. Thank y’all for all you do!

My friend and I have always gone there for the chai, but when we were served the new stuff, we immediately thought something was wrong - maybe the milk was spoiled or something. So we approached the barista, who informed us that it's just the new chai mix, which is awful, and that they will not be changing it.
Before, it was great, but now it is, without a single double, the absolute worst chai I have had in my life (and I practically bleed the stuff). It tastes like clove water from a toilet bowl... at best.
Will no longer be going here.

Lived in the neighborhood for a while now and decided to check the place out a couple weeks ago. Awesome shop, good coffee, and a great place to meet, work, or study. Don't ignore checking out the basement. Has a fireplace, awesome one-off furniture, and an overall good vibe. It's my new coffee shop in town.

Great coffee and such a cute location. They have iced coffee/cold brew options too, just ask! Basement has a great little fireplace and ambient lighting, great for convo and getting work done. I imagine the patio will be good in the summer as well.

Very friendly and homely place! I don't go there nearly enough! I enjoy it every time I go, including today! The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. I'll be back!

I have a coffee shop right down the street from my house, but I would much rather go the extra mile to Prufrock. The drinks are tasty, the decor is cozy and insta-worthy, and the staff is so pleasant. They have a serve yourself coffee bar, which is so useful for folks on the go. They can be rather busy, but that's because they're so good! I would recommend this place for your regular shop, visitors to town, and anyone in between.
