Best coffee shop in northwest Indiana. All types of coffee,tea, other amazing drinks. Food here is really good and made freash, never had a bad experience.

Excellent coffee house and restaurant. Best coffee in NW Indiana. You can get coffee, tea, smoothies, and food. Friendly staff always will to take the time to make sure you know everything that is on the menu. I highly recommend stopping by if you are anywhere near Griffith.

Grindhouse Cafe has become a place I go to regularly. The staff is super nice, the breakfast foods and sandwiches are made from fresh ingredients, and the coffee/tea selection knocks it out of the park! And I can't leave without a cookie or scone!

This cafe has a really nice atmosphere. I appreciate that they use real plates and cups when you dine in. Most importantly, the latte I had (South Side Parade - Irish cream) was delicious. I definitely plan on returning.

Edit: I have returned and can confirm that other flavored lattes, iced coffee, and scones are all delicious. This place seriously has some of the best coffee drinks I've had. I'll go out of my way to come here.

Coffee strong like Arnold in his prime & breakfast chorizo that'll make you wish you brought more money!

worst experience ever. we get there, and my sister has to give her order to the barista three. times. and we still had to correct her before she rang us up. when she gave my brother in law a cup of coffee, she spilled it on his hand and all over the counter. upon my sister receiving her tea, they had gotten it wrong and made it with ice, nor did they use almond milk, so my sister had a terrible stomachache and had had a painful hour on the toilet. my iced red eye was burnt and disgusting. the barista also snapped at my brother in law when he accidentally walked behind the counter just asking for some flavoured syrup in my coffee. not to mention she misgendered me even though I had a pronoun pin very visibly on my shirt, so so much for them being LGBTQ friendly. my advice: don't bother wasting your money here. going to Starbucks would be cheaper

Awesome atmosphere! The coffee was really flavorful and tasty, and the cranberry scone was absolutely delicious.

It was fast service and very friendly I even got a kick out of the review being put on the cup the coffee was very good

Cozy little coffee, soup and sandwich place with great vegan options and friendly atmosphere.

I really liked the coffee. SOME of the staff however was not friendly, and not inviting at all and it was my first time visiting. I have worked coffee for years and never been had service like that.
