Great latte with many choices and some tasty snacks

I have a new place to get my coffee now. Everyone that works there is awesome and so friendly and know how to make you feel welcome. And to top it off they definitely make a great coffee. Service with a smile.

I know this may sound like a small thing, but I ordered a hot chocolate for my 5 year old son and the Mocha Lounge is the first place that has ever made it at a drinkable temperature for him. I was already a big fan, but this just sent me over the moon. Thank you.

It runs a little slow as far as wait times, but as long as you plan for it, it's no big deal. It's a nice, pleasant little place with good offerings. A nice hangout / coffee shop.

The drinks are good, prices are average maybe a bit higher. But the service is intolerable. Baristas act stand off-ish and unapproachable, service is super slow whether it's the drive thru or inside the shop.

Never going anywhere else! Love the fact they have a range of products for everyone - from white chocolate mochas for my mom/grandma to a delicious paleo bar for myself. Goes with out saying, truly great customer service.

I didn’t realize what time it was and they closed in like 3 minutes. They were still really nice and my order was done in a fast amount of time. It was also really good. Definitely going back!

It was not busy. And still took us 22 mins to get our stuff. Not sure if they are harvesting the beans fresh for each cup, but it's way to slow.

Love mocha lounge but like many businesses right now they are experiencing staff shortage so my drive thru experience took over 25 minutes.
