Five Lakes Coffee

I went with a coworker, and she was given the wrong drink. We went back and the team was amazing. Quickly made the correct drink and we were back to our day. I order the cold brew, and it was delicious - I'll definitely be back!!!

Favorite coffee place in Fort Wayne! We drive 15 mins here often just to get our morning coffee. The sweetest staff, best drinks, and best bagels! Oh, and they’re SO fast.

My kids and I love 5 Lakes over any other coffee place around! We frequent the Ft.Wayne location. Today we went through the drive thru and ordered almost $20 worth of drinks and then the internet went down so she wasn't able to accept my debit card, and of course I didn't have enough cash! I offered to come back after grocery shopping to pay but the sweet girl working said it was on her! They have the best customer service around, EVERY VISIT!

Fantastic coffee and overall great experience! The staff was very pleasant and helpful and did a great job of making us feel at home even being 2000 miles in to our road trip! The blondie bar warmed up was amazing! Keep up the great work!

It was a layed back great feeling coffee shop that had just the right hint of the effort that they put in to the coffee that they made amd they made 4 for this order

Anytime we come here everyone is so nice. Tried the egg and bacon bagel recently and it's was so good. They are always quick and very professional. If I could do more than 5 stars I would.

Just went through the drive through, customer in front of me ordered 10 drinks and two bags of food. Nothing wrong with that. Would have been nice if they asked that customer to pull up so the rest of us with one order could get helped, but common sense isn’t very common. Where the poor service and unprofessional behavior happened, is when the drive through girl sat and had a 5 minute conversation with that customer after they had all of their items. An already long and unpleasant experience was compounded with unprofessional behavior.
Do you think the drive through employee apologized for the long wait? No of course not. Instead she acted condescending, most likely because she knew everyone in line was upset.

Truly disappointing experience.

After beening an avid Starbucks drinker I wanted to try new places as well as a local owned. I had been working in Auburn for the past 2 years and decided to give five lakes a try. The coffee was great but it was the staff that really made me keep coming back.

Now that I am back working in Fort Wayne I was very happy to hear that five lakes was opening here. The staff is just as great and the coffee never disappoints. I will say that they also hired one of my best friends Tabitha and they couldn't have found a more bubbly and hard worker to (after some time) manage that store.

I have also been a part of more pay it forward lines at these stores than anywhere else. Only thing I could ask for is that this company grows to more locations in the FW area.
