Firefly Coffee House

Charming, quirky decor. Very good coffee!! I didn't try pastries although there were some that looked interesting. Went on Saturday and it was very busy. Not the kind of crowd I expected. I'm from San Francisco and I was reminded of some of the great (and historic) places on North Beach, Berkeley and Sausalito. This is definitely a place to revisit. Another dimension to Fort Wayne that I found reassuring.

It's a great place to do homework, or write, or meet up with friends. The only tough side is that it's a bit small and only gets more crowded the more popular or gets. The food is pricy, but the drinks I've tried are fairly priced and worth getting again. I really appreciate that they display and sell art by local artists, it gives the place a unique and changing atmosphere and supports artists.

They have a massive tent set up in the parking lot to expand outdoor seating, keeping the excellent vibe of the place even with social distancing. Drinks are good. People are great. Perfect place to meet friends to chat.

Absolutely wonderful little place!
The staff are so kind and friendly. They dont blink an eye when orders are complicated because of dietary restrictions at all. Even the patrons are kind and encouraging.
I love that they have local artist work for sale in the cafe, and for a little shop midday they seemed remarkably, steady busy.

This place is so cute and so perfect. They have great coffee and bakery items, and thier sandwiches and other meal foods are filling and delicious. Service is great and the place is super cute. Unfortunately no indoor seating but very fast for to go orders

I’ve been going to Firefly for years, and it’s my favorite place in town. I hadn’t been going too regularly when my mother was hit head on by a semi. I stopped in on my way to visit her soon afterward and had some tears while waiting for my order. They were so caring and picked up my breakfast for me. After that, I started coming in more regularly, and I am now a part of a weekly coffee group that meets there. The environment is artistic (they show local artists’ work on rotation, and the tables are their own pieces of art), and I love how diverse and accepting everyone is of each other. I particularly love their little side deck area with all the sweet birds and beautiful flowers. It’s like being in a park! It’s just a very happy, comfortable place to be. Of course, the food and drinks are amazing. The food is homemade and so creative with offerings for every diet plan. There isn’t a place in town that can make a chai half as good as them... I’ve tried everything around. I’m completely addicted to their chocolate chai chiller. Their fruit smoothies are wonderful as well, great for when you need a healthy boost. Come check it out. You will not be disappointed!

As many reviews have already said, the staff here are amazing! Very polite, friendly, and helpful. I am currently on a Keto diet, and their milk alternatives were awesome! I was able to get almond milk in my Flat White, and Stevia instead of sugar. It is easily the best Flat White I've had in Fort Wayne. If you are in the area of South Anthony, or you are just looking for a better alternative to Starbucks I would highly recommend making a visit.

Best chai tea in town...try the pumpkin chai, it'll change your life! Friendly baristas and yummy treats.

We really enjoyed this coffee shop. As one of the ONLY coffeehouses open on Sundays, it was the only option at the time but we were so happy! Most of us got regular hot coffee which was very nice. My boyfriend got a chai tea latte which he said was very sweet, but still enjoyed it. The coffee cake was DELICIOUS. Great ambiance and friendly employees. Hoping to come back soon!
