Wow, this is my new favorite spot! Everything is fresh and so delicious! It’s an adorable café with friendly staff and such a perfect location. You’ll be seeing me weekly!

LOVE this place!!! Cozy and wonderful atmosphere with a wonderful staff who are all so nice and welcoming as soon as you walk in. Lots of menu options for breakfast and lunch and the sugar free Chai Latte was incredible. Also had a medium roast coffee and it was delicious. The turtle scone was to die for!! Can’t wait to go back and try more of their items.

We bought a variety of items since it was out first try. It was all delicious and the service was super friendly.

Best biscuits and gravy around! Only served on the weekends and you have to get here before 9:30am or they may run out, but if you are a late sleeper no worries everything on their menu is fantastic! Their homemade aioli they put on the sandwiches is out of this world! Even when they get busy their customer service is untouchable! Don’t forget to try some of the baked goods!

The coffee was fine but nothing special. Would really have loved some espresso drinks. The savory pepperoni scone was good.

I don’t love the atmosphere. The menu is still handwritten and the space just seems largely incomplete.

Wonderful experience. Visiting from Colorado. Stopped in for lunch. Absolutely delicious sandwiches and cold brew.

I'm a scone lover & I don't believe I have any better than their's. The taste & size are great, I think they are under priced at $2.99. The medium brew coffee was also good. Will be back.

I accidentally discovered 'The Caffinated Cook' when I was getting a car repair estimate at Thurman's Auto Body next door in downtown Ellettsville, IN. It was a Biscuits & Sausage Gravy day (Fri & Sat)...I tried the coffee and a scone as well. I am delighted to report everything was amazing! Today I had a delicious warm orange scone...and promptly proposed to the baker!!! Don't miss this hidden gem of a startup business...and run to be there early on Fridays or Saturdays for the killer B&G, they will run out.

Scones are great. But the service is even better!
