Wired Cafe

For Christmas I bought a $25 gift card from Wired for a friend who loved it. Today I stopped in for a large hot caramel macchiato which was better than Starbucks. Haven’t tried their breakfast muffins, scones, cookies and carrot cake but they all looked wonderful. 👍👍👍👍👍

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️😀Glad I found this local cafe, great coffee… you can tell that soon as you walk in! We were welcomed with smiles to start off our day great… the scones were delicious as well. A must try! There is something for everyone to enjoy. Will definitely be back

Good place, good coffee. However, it would be great to have a real cup, and scones should not be sugary - leave it for the muffins. It had so much sugar as to be inedible.

Giving this a one star because I have to give it something. How about a little customer service!? Why do you feel like you have to be rude when YOU mess up the order? Ordered 2 sandwiches, received one. And got a mouthful of “I’m busy” as to why it was wrong. No apology. So, I’ll take my orders to someone else who actually knows what business etiquette looks like.

Very friendly service. Great coffee, tea, and Italian soda. They even have a small, but very nice, menu selection. Another great thing is that they are small, cozy, and local. Highly recommend at least stopping in once, you'll want to stop again.

Very good food. The best sandwich ever deserves its name. Wired cafe has very friendly staff and is a great place to come and relax. Also for pokemon go players you can spin two pokestops while sitting in the cafe.

I'm in love with this little cafe in downtown Rockford. Wired Cafe has delicious drinks AND food. I love to get a Macchiato for a morning coffee, and an everything bagel with their dill cream cheese for a breakfast. For a lunch I will either get the special of the day, or their Rad sandwich. They have a fridge next to the register that always has healthy snacks and drinks for a quick pick up too! Cozy atmosphere with the kindest staff and owner. Their chalk walls let you get creative or just leave your mark! This place is 10/10.

The food and coffee is so good. I haven't had anything I didnt like yet. I would definitely recommend everyone try wired cafe and support local.

We often pass by Rockford instead of driving through it. This time we used driving through it as a break. We searched for coffee shops online and came across this spot. And we went! So glad we did. It's in a cute revitalized block of the downtown area. We didn't have coffee but rather had lunch. A salad and an avocado toast. Both were freshly made and the toppings were homemade versus pre-made elsewhere. Was delicious! Would like to come back, have a coffee, and camp out a bit with book or laptop. Others were doing that and it felt comfortable to do so.

Great cafe! Great food and delicious cappuccino and mocha latte. Trendy place to go grab a quick bite or a great coffee.
