Ten Drops Coffee

By far the best cafe I've been to. And the staff here are THE nicest people. They're very knowledgeable on their coffee, quick service, all around nice environment.
Drinks to definitely have; conquistador, french toast latte, island mocha, and the rock lobster.

I give 5 stars for the very friendly service and a nice place to hang-out with friends, but they still have a lot to learn to properly brew good coffee. My latte was lukewarm at best that I could finish in 10 sec. Why? Because the milk was not steamed to the right temperature. There are scales on the table but nothing was measured. There are actual ratio of water and beans to make a good taste cup of coffee just like chemistry experiment. You can't just eyeball the measurement, and you can't really do taste test unless you can brew each cup consistently.

What an awesome place for good coffee. These guys know their stuff. They roast their own and have no problem explaining where the beans come from or how they did it. This is not a Starbucks so don't expect to be in and out in 2 min. Good coffee takes time. Bring your own mug.

Coffee down to a science. This is a unique coffee experience. This is not a traditional coffee shop, I think their title "coffee lab" is certainly appropriate. The gentleman working here is clearly passionate about a perfectly brewed cup of coffee. His process takes about 5-10 minutes for a cup, but well worth it in the end. The atmosphere is a little uninviting, and I wouldn't want to stay with my coffee. Given the space he has available he has done well, but I think some music in the background would warm things up a bit. If you plan on stopping by, it is in a commercial building and easy to drive past, so keep your eyes open.

You know a good coffee shop when you order a cappuccino and they do not ask what size.

There are a few coffee roasters this far away from Chicago, and many of them really do a nice job at roasting an above average bean. But, there is a current movement, over the years, that is similar to what the craft beer industry went through. These roasters are not roasting an average bean, they're pushing the envelop.

If they were next door to a Dark Matter Coffee house, I'd certainly go in to Dark Matter more often. But I really feel fortunate that we have a Ten Drops in the area...it's a great place to buy a cup of coffee or beans.

Came across this place because I took a wrong turn. Best wrong turn ever. The coffee is amazing. It's not watered down bean water. The atmosphere makes me think of an artists studio. Very fun and delicious.

Oh my god its so good, really incredible third wave coffee. Did not expect coffee this good so far outside of a metro area. As good as any upscale coffee I've ever had.

Their coffee is delicious. This is a true coffee shop and when we visited they had no tea or food. I like that idea but I don't care for the industrial atmosphere; it's not a great place to sit and chat in my opinion. I also like that they source their coffee to local coffee shops.

This place is spacious and great for quiet business meetings. They have such a nice atmosphere and their coffee is the best and the most delicious. They only serve hot drinks. Friendly staff is a bonus. Please come and enjoy!!!
