Very good coffee. I went here with a friend not too long ago because we wanted to try it. The coffee is very smooth and decent. They serve very good quality coffee from around the world. Also, roasting the coffee on-site does make a huge difference in the flavor. I personally can attest to this, although they are not the first coffee shop in Peoria to do this.

The service was fantastic, super-nice, super-prompt, and super helpful. Huge thumbs up for them on that. Great service is a rarity in the Peoria area. In most places, service is usually hit or miss.

I really enjoyed what they had done with the decor. This is one of my favorite buildings downtown because of its odd shape. The interior is a far cry from the uniform store that used to be there. I love the look of wood floors and exposed brick The ambiance of the place is very warm, welcoming, and relaxing. It's also quite spacious. I could very easily see bringing old friends here for a chat.

I do have to offer a bit of constructive criticism. To a degree, it seems like they are trying to hard. You have a great product, so relax, it's just coffee. (I should totally open a coffee shop with that name. Lol.) You don't have anything to prove to the "alternative" crowd or the college kids. Let the snobbery that goes to One World stay there. They seem like they want to be coffee purists, and that's cool, but to remain competitive and make yourself more marketable they should expand diversify their product line a touch more. Well made flavored coffees and frappes really are delicious, and it's OK to sell them. That is what has made the other coffee shops stay around as long as they have.

Since this place has downtown location, their main customer-base is likely to be business people and hospital workers. The hand-pour is a nice gimmick, but I would argue that it doesn't affect the flavor that much. Pouring hot water over coffee through a filter is what a coffee machine does already, but much faster. They could easily drop the coffee in a cup-at-a-time machine or a Keurig and it would taste the same, so do it already. I don't have all day to wait for my coffee.

The sound system features the typical coffee house complaint rock fare. They could really lose that without issue. It is OK to play some Jazz or soft-rock, or be happy guys...no really. It's OK to be happy.

They also have live poetry readings, music, etc... That could be cool, and totally worth a check-out. Hopefully, they won't go overboard with it.

Overall, great place for a great cup of coffee. You should totally check it out.

I travel quite a bit and I continue to struggle to find a coffee shop in the US with a better mocha. They also have a very passionate and friendly staff. Thanks to the owners for bringing this "gem" of a business to Peoria.

Incredible quality of coffee, atmosphere, and customer service. Everyone is extremely pleasant, quick to explain any questions you have. A true Central Illinois gem! Will forever miss when we move.

The lattes are good but never hot enough. After 2-3 sips it loses it's heat. Doesn't seem to matter if you ask for extra hot bc it isn't. Unfortunately customer preferences does not take priority. I have heard similar stories about poor service. Service is ok but staff is not real friendly. Seem a little uppity and aloof. Its really ashame bc I like to support small businesses.

I have loved this place since they opened! And every day that I am in town, I always stop in. The baristas are friendly and guide you to ordering the right items. The quality is hard to match and the overall vibe is relaxing, while staying a busy hub of downtown.

The pastries are delicious but more important the staff are wonderful and very accommodating.

Great place! We are visiting from out of town and will always come back!! Root beer latte? I was nervous, but WOW! It’s amazing! Hopefully they keep it around for the next time we are in town!!

Best coffee place in Peoria! The atmosphere is cool, cozy, and relaxed. The staff is always helpful and friendly. Definitely a great place to meet people or hang with groups of friends.

The thing I love about small town cafes is that they always have a special charm about them. You tend to see the locals in the shop and you get a taste of what a small town can offer. I was only driving through as I was visiting my friend down at ISU and we decided to explore. I ordered a large cappuccino and I was pleased that I received the same quality of coffee at Thirty-Thirty as I do at my favorite café in Chicago which is Floriole Cafe & Bakery.

The cinnamon bun square was delicious with the hot coffee and the barista was nice enough to warm it up which made it taste fresh which was great.

The café is quite large once you get inside - It was a lot more spacious than I assumed it would be from the outside.

If I drive through Peoria again, this is a must go to stop for a nice cup of coffee
