Awesome little hipster coffee shop in downtown Peoria. Our work team hits it up all the time and the service and coffee are always top-notch! Definitely recommend.

This is hands down the best coffee in Peoria! You won't find a friendlier staff anywhere, the store front is gorgeous, and the coffee is worth driving from North Peoria to get. Love it!

Amazing experience and world class coffee. At [CxT] Roasting Company, Tristan Popadziuk serves as your barista. Tristan is an experienced barista who has traveled to Costa Rica to learn the coffee process from plantation to cup. He personally roasts all the coffee that is served at [CxT]. While preparing your coffee, Tristan's craftsmanship and attention to detail allows him to capture the complexity of the coffee while simultaneously retaining the unique signature notes of each particular variety. The result is excellent coffee. The best coffee I have ever had whether it be hot or iced. [CxT] Roasting Company also offers a variety of teas, chocolates, and scones. Seating is available both inside the shop and outside on the Main Street sidewalk. The sidewalk seats as well as the inside seats located by the window offer a nice view of downtown Peoria. I highly recommend [CxT] Roasting Company. It is a family-owned business and the family's passion for coffee and dedication to quality comes through in everything they do. You won't find a friendlier, more enthusiastic, or more knowledgeable staff or a better cup of coffee.

Fantastic, fantastic, fantastic. As I had my first sip of a CxT latte today, my instant response was, "YUMMMMM!". It was so smooth and delightful. I was also able to chat with the extremely personable owner about his commitment to fair trade, supporting sustainable development, and his knowledge of the art of coffee was definitely extensive. Most certainly, highly recommend.

The environment combined with great service made this coffee experience the best in Peoria. You can tell Tristan poured his heart and soul into his coffee. :)

Just stopped in for an iced coffee (Ethiopian roast today) and it is fabulous. I am a regular visitor to Peoria and just found this place. Love the coffee and will definitely go back.

Not exactly a coffee shop per se, but the coffee is solid. It's really more a storefront shop that happens to have a roastery in the back. Didn't like being served espresso in a paper cup, but still good.

Hand down, best coffee I have ever had. Friendly owners truly care about quality and make a science out of roasting that translates into art you can taste/experience!

Great place to go for the coffee connoisseur; top quality brewing equipment for sale, quality selections of coffees, quality baristas to inform you about all things coffee...quality is what one should take away from this review.
