Strange Brew Cafe

Hands down best coffee shop around the southwest suburbs! Strange Brew Cafe has made this neighborhood a whole lot better. My boyfriend and I are local regulars and we've tried almost everything on the menu. Delicious coffee, tasty toasts, smoothies, and fruit bowls (although a little pricey), but it's all about supporting small local businesses. Friendly staff, lovely atmosphere and great coffee, what else could you ask for?

I had a craving for real Espresso like they serve in the expensive Brazilian steak houses. So, we were in the area & found this place! What a wonderful place & the coffee was definitely high end! The Espresso was amazing & tastes just like it should! They had games for our 4 year old to play also!
There is a coffee mug exchange too.
They also did a great job with all the social distancing rules!

The service is amazing. I love all the creative drinks and food options. Anything I get from here I end up loving. The decor is so fun. I've never seen a place so nicely decorated before. Ive seen owners try to decorate their business and have no sense of taste but these owners really have it together. Be more like these owners.

The beverages and food here are delicious. The staff is wonderful. This is my favorite coffee shop in the area to work at and bring out of town guests

Just stopped by for a caffiene jolt on my way through town. Had no clue what to expect. This was such a cool local place. The chalkboard menus were works of art, the seating and art were fun and chill. The menu had all sorts of fun pop culture names and the food sounded amazing. The wokers were cheerful. The coffee was amazing. Obviously freshly ground with just the right amount of sweet. I wish i could have stayed and hung out

This place is ah-mazing!!! First of all, and most importantly for me, they have lots of vegan choices!!!! Not just the different milks you can choose from, but also the toasts, and smoothies (which, I always associate smoothies with yogurt because that's how I make them for my kids, but I realized after looking at the ingredients that they are dairy free). I had a delicious decaf latte with oatly vegan milk and awesome toast. My friend had the smoothie bowl. It's so clean, and cute and trendy, I love that we have this in Palos Hills. Much needed. And it's local and of course, that's amazing too! They serve only fresh food and fruits. Bravo, bravo, bravo!!!!

I've never written a review before because I don't want to say anything negative about someone else's hard work. That being said, Strange Brew is amazing! The best almond milk macchiato I've ever had and my son fell in love with their Nutella toast (he's 13 so him saying he would be seen in public again with me to go here is pretty amazing). The women who work there were so kind and very helpful. We will definitely be going there again.

Good coffee and smoothies and food! AND knowledgeable and friendly baristas. I think it’s a great place for the community. The atmosphere inside is comfortable and bright. Great place to catch up with friends, get some reading done, or do work. I highly reccomend stopping by if you are in the area.

Great little place with Fun atmosphere. No two mugs in the place are the same, and if you bring one from home you can trade them for one of theirs. They have a wide variety of healthier foods, such as açaí bowls and coffee made with maple syrup or honey vs white sugar. The coffees are very reasonable at just under $4 for a large.

Cute local coffee/cafe. Atmosphere is great. Had the Andes Mint hot chocolate, subtle and not overpowering or over sweet. It was perfect. Definitely going to go back. I hope this little place makes it.
