I think if you drink sugary coffee you will like this place because you cant taste the shot, but if you order an unflavored latte and expect someone to care about the hot shot they just pulled... forget it! Usually tastes burnt. I started buying iced coffee to get around the burnt shot but a few times the iced coffee has even tasted off. I refuse to go to starbucks! Please JJ, please, I know you guys get busy, but I will wait 5 min for a perfectly pulled shot! I do mostly go to the drive thru location so perhaps the main store is different.

I have to say Jeremiah Joe's is my favorite coffee place (I mean it beat out Starbucks in Ottawa 😂) the people are always friendly and the atmosphere is great the coffee? Yum! You should give it a go!

Would not recommend. 2 shots of espresso turned out to be about 8oz. Needless to say it was super over extracted, I’ve never had such a bitter espresso and I’ve been to a lot of coffee shops. I got a hot latte and the milk was way over stretched the foam was so thick about half an inch. The person attempted an art on top but it cannot be done with milk so thick/overstretched.

I live in Bloomington and have family in Ottawa. I love going to Jeremiah Joes for lattes. The last two times I was disappointed. The drinks barely tasted like Carmel and was watered down.

I had to hang out in Ottawa for the day since my cat was having surgery. Jerimiah Joes was just around the corner from the Vet I dropped him off at. The cafe was spacious, a definite bonus during these COVID times, as the tables were spaced well apart. I ordered my Cafe Mocha and asked if I could hang out for the day. The staff were lovely, gave me the wifi password and showed me the seats where I could plug in my technology. The coffe was AMAZING! The wifi stable and so appreciated. They have these cute tshirts that say, "People First, but then Coffee." And since I am a Social Worker, I had to have one! I live over an hour away, but if I ever have a day to just hang out, this place rocks - both in service, product and environment!

Woow! Amazing coffee, really really good. I got plain latte and it had kind of caramel flavor, so tasty! The bonus was an amazing downtown. I was planning just to grab coffee on a way to Starved Rock State Park, but couldn't resist and had a walk around the little cute downtown.

Honestly, I have never had a bad drink here ever! It's always delicious! I only give 4 stars because the prices are high. You'll pay around $5 for a drink. So it's a fun place to go for a meet up with a friend or a celebratory dessert drink. I also think it's adorable they do a "coffee" for kids so it's like they can have coffee too. Staff is very friendly and helpful too.

The coffee always tastes super burnt. I've tried the coffee a couple times and every time it's just not good. The customer service is aggressive and not very welcoming to questions.
