At Home

I had a great experience shopping here. Paul was extremely helpful with my selections. I purchased 4 dining room chairs plus fall items, outdoor decor, and also some Halloween decorations. The cashier was friendly and took special care of my items. Paul even loaded up my chairs and put them in my car for me. I will be back.

This store is huge and has everything you would ever need to decorate inside and outside your home. I was looking for 8x10 rugs and an employee saw me, offered to help load them in a cart, then took the cart to the front for me, and told me to let the cashier know when I was checking out to radio to him so he could help me load them. Both him and the cashier were the nicest and most helpful people. While I've always loved the store, the inventory, quality, and prices, I will always come back to this one for the amazing customer service!

Drove past this place on numerous occasions .. finally stopped in one day as my curiosity had overcome me and there was plenty of time left in the day for a side mission. It took just that one visit to become absolutely obsessed! Great place to pick up home decor and there’s loads of variety to go through .. the place is ginormous! Just when I did some shopping the workers were very very nice the checkout people were couldn't have been nicer. Grabbed a few things that were marked on sale when I got to the counter they were not on sale even though right below them at the end of the aisle it said 50% off they would not honor this. That is terrible to mess represent trip presents sale items and then not follow through.

Went to At Home to buy 2 runners and paid 11.99 for them each. The tag said 2×5 which is what we needed.
Got them home they are like are 24×32 and turned them over and there is a pricel ,tag o l f$9.99.l

The At Home store is a very nice home decor place to shop. It has something for everyone's decorating flavor. Go there and spend some money and enjoy how it looks in the place you call home.

We attempted to get a couch from here three times to be delivered, but were unsuccessful. At Home uses a third party delivery service and they weren’t in the are you deliver. I took matters into my own hands to instead rent a truck from Lowe’s and pick up the couch myself. Stacy the Manager at At Home made it so easy. She picked the couch herself and helped us load it into the truck. I would not recommend getting furniture delivered, but pick up was seamless. I applaud the manager Stacy for making it so easy for us this go around.

I had a ball. Some areas of the store were little dark because the ceiling lights have went out. But other than that I saw some items I didn't expect to find in the store. I had to leave because my shopping cart got too full too quickly, lol. It was Black Friday weekend and a lot of the products we're gone. They have a beautiful array of color schemes for Christmas ornaments. I will be back. And to my surprise the line was amazingly long but it only took me about 7 minutes to get through the line it move quickly but the friendliness of the shoppers and the funny conversations we shared make the time go by faster.

Although this location is 35 minutes from me as I live in Missouri I still drive all the way out here to shop. This store is bigger than the one in Ballwin Missouri and has way more options and home decor. The staff is friendly and the store so roomy that I can shop and not worry about being on top of others. And did I forget to mention the price is always right.
