Fusion Brew

LOVE THIS PLACE!! Great drinks, great friendly service. So far my favorite drinks are the Mango tea with Boba and the banana fudge mocha.

OK OK, so read the below message with a little perspective. I just saw a guy compare Fusion Brew to Starbux. To be fair, Fusion Brew is 1000 times better than Starbux. Doesn't mean I love the place, but I've got a heart.

OK, so this is going to be confusing.

I'm writing a middling review. The drinks were always good (chai tea, cool!). The staff are nice people. My complaints are mostly because I have a huge chip on my shoulder.

I just hate coming here. My GF liked it, I jsut couldn't stand it. If you're reading this, and you're attending Illinois Wesleyan, go to Fusion Brew. You'll fit right in if you're female and your parents own a Lexus. If you get pumped about bobas, cool, come here. If you like adding flavors to your coffee, rad, you'll flip your lid for sure. If a coffee shop with apples to apples tucked away on a shelf in the corner turns you on, then bam, this is your place.

I just find Fusion Brew unbearably lame :(

Love this place. Better than Starbucks. I love their Chi Tea. It's delicious. I hate how there's not many non-chain coffee places left. I'm glad this place exists.

the workers were super friendly and gave recommendations as it was my first time going. i got boba and it was really good!

Best green tea in town! I honestly have not had a drink here that I didn’t like so even when you panic order because they have a large menu, it will turn out alright!

Seating is often unavailable because students and older university lingerers spend hours there. The drinks are good but relatively expensive, and order preparation takes quite awhile.

The drinks tatse good yes. But you might as well stick with a small size because me and my friend both got a large drink and it was missing 1 1/2 Inches not exaggerating lol I literally measured it couldnt even believe it.

The bubbles in my tea was very firm and hard to chew. The lychee flavor was also very sour and not even close to what it should taste like.

Huge tea shop next to the university campus. Two big rooms with lots of tables and outlets. A number of couches and comfy chairs too. Free wifi with password. Counter area is a bit slick, but rest feels homey. Rock on audio at reasonable volume. Few people here on a summer weekend morning. Chai is from a vile powder which the barista was not allowed to name, weirdly. But there's a great selection of loose leaf teas, as well as lots of bubble teas and slushes. A small but good selection of pastries.
