Faye

Visiting family in Murphysboro, we had a chance to check out Faye’s. What a great addition to this small town! Had a delightful salad that included very fresh ingredients plus delicious grilled chicken from the partnered 17th St Barbecue next door. Another in our group had a unique, sophisticated and refreshing phosphate drink. Faye herself welcomed us. Go eat there!!

Murphysboros crown has much more sparkle, with the addition of this beautiful new gem. Wonderful food, perfect atmosphere. Biscuits and gravy, arugula peach salad. Both, top notch! Treat yourself.!

Biscuit and gravy are absolutely garbage. Was like playdough with with gravy. Should of saved my $26 and went to McDonald's !

Not impressed at all. Highly priced marginal tasting food and coffee or tea. Ordered Biscuit with Gravy, what we received was biscuits with a little tasteless gravy. When we requested additional gravy, we were charged an extra $3 + tax for a 1/4 cup of gravy. Mens and Womens bathrooms are Transgender Bathrooms. Really? In Murphysboro, Illinois. Next time I’m craving Biscuits and gravy I’ll go to the local gas station, loaded with gravy and less than half the price!

Beautiful dining area, friendly staff, great menu and food. Ate here while in town for Praise the Lard. Great addition to Walnut street in Murphyboro. Good job Amy… MM would be proud!

The biscuits and gravy were delicious, best I've ever had. Service was great, atmosphere friendly, and a very clean restaurant. Will be back and would highly recommend!

Impressed. The building itself is very neat as it is a modernized old building. Our food and coffee were both exceptionally good. I feel that the prices are a little high, but I am ok with paying for the overall quality that this place provides. It is nice to have a nice, unique place like this in the area.

The food was so good.. and the pricing wasn't bad either my only complaint is no kid menu other then that, It was a great experience. Thank you for the food!
