On several occasions the cup lid has failed and coffee has ended up in my lap. I emailed my concerns and never received a response. I order Scooters blend coffee, almost daily, and it often tastes like hazelnut that was not ordered. The staff has always been kind, but the inconsistency of coffee will keep me away in the future. Communication could help these issues, but Scooters does a horrible job responding.
Will not be back. The person working the window just stuck her hand out for my card and shoved my drink and card back at me without saying anything. I checked my account to see how much the order was since I was never told and was never given a receipt and it was $10 for a smoothie just as it comes!
I am a disabled USMC Veteran and went here to get a peanut butter blaster with a scoop of protein powder that was suppose to be SUGAR FREE WITH OAT MILK! After 145 units of Insulin, and 3 days of recovery, I was finally feeling a bit better. I contacted corporate and played email tag for a week with corporate, about how the store here in Mt. Carmel would reach out to me. They NEVER did! So, if you have dietary restrictions, especially SUGAR, DO NOT get beverages from this establishment because they will make them improperly, nearly kill you, and make it seem like it was not their problem! I will go to Casey's for my coffee so that I KNOW for a fact that it is SUGAR FREE as I ALWAYS have to request! Be safe out there, Consumer's!!
Manager was rude! I got a hot mocha coffee on a Saturday morning after ordering and driving to the window the staff was gathered in the window talking about how they hated talking to customers when on the head set. Never bothered saying anything to me just took my card and gave me my coffee.

They started by making small mistakes every once in a while but now my drink is wrong every time I go in, especially when I pay extra to customize my drink. This is not what should be expected when paying almost $7 a drink.
