Every time I go in they never have my doughnuts. I have tried several times. You don't even deserve a star. I was even there as soon as you opened. Drived forty five minutes. Guess what we left empty handed again. Will not be returning.

They never have the belt going for the kiddo's to watch anymore. I firmly believe that this should be running at least three, "open" business hours a day. The donuts are made too far in advance. By 1pm they are noticably not as fresh. Hence, the production line running at a minimum. The donuts in the store are winning. Let's change that? We love our Krispy Kreme. 🍩🍩🍩

Iam absolutely shocked first of all the cost 6 doughnuts 9+ dollars. theres no quality control of the 6 doughnuts 4 of them looked like chernobyl doughnuts small thin i give them a 2 because they taste good. everything else terrible.

Krispy Kreme always has had a good Donuts they were easy to get to the drive up work well but Donuts a fantastic that help seems to be very very very good I have a high respect for that place. Hope you all will try it also may God bless you

I mean, I can't complain about the generic glazed donuts or coffee, but the specialty donuts aren't anything special. Don't expect the order to be accurate or for it to be corrected when brought to their attention. Just stick with glazed regular and you'll be happy.

The hot donuts sign is never on, and last two times I’ve been through and stopped was afternoon and they were stale. Not impressed with the Marion store at all.

Doughnuts are good. Iced coffee however is unfortunately bad. Order was wrong despite the worker repeating it, completely left off whip that I asked for. Full of grounds as well.
Staff was friendly, hopefully just a bad day or new worker making the coffee. Coffee was bad enough won't try it again, however.

The shop is new and clean. The doughnuts are good. The staff is nice. One of the staff even went to the trouble to try to figure out if they use whey or lactose in any of the doughnut ingredients (as far as I could tell, they don't).
