The Old Dairy

This is one of the go to places for anyone visiting the area. From the incredible community painted mural and outdoor seating areas to the wide range of menu items available and rentable meeting spaces, this family-owned and operated restaurant has something for everyone. It’s also a fantastic place to grab a cup of coffee, a cookie, and pass the time with a great book or people watching.

I ordered the chicken salad sandwich on wheat bread. The sandwich was bland. Yes the chicken was mixed with some sort of sauce. But no lettuce, nor tomato for more flavor. We ordered a shake and they forgot to make it.

The Old Dairy is one of our favorite places! The food is always delicious, especially the desserts!! It has been a place we always take recruits when they come to visit campus. Once they graduate and move on, it is a special place they reminisce about and can’t wait to eat at again when they are back in town. Emily and Marc are awesome and have been very accommodating for all of our requests through the years.

The Old Diary is one of my favorite small-town restaurants in Macomb. From seeing Marc and Emily, to the tasty food choices and the overall morale of the restaurant. Hands down my favorite place to meet up with my friends traveling from out of state! Those cinnamon rolls 😍😍 Delicious!

Our favorite before school breakfast stop! Love the environment. Love the friendliness of the staff. The food is wonderful. My favorite is the crab cakes on Fridays with that tasty roumalade and the dijon vinaigrette dressing on my salad... Yummm.. Butterscotch bourbon cake is a must try as well!!! Nom, nom, nom!!! Oh and of course my son loves the famous cookie dough brownies!!

This is my go-to restaurant in Macomb! I especially love the French Omelette with Multigrain bread on the side. The ingredients are fresh, the portion is large, and it is delicious. They always have a house blend coffee and a flavor of the day. Their soups are excellent! The staff is friendly. I would much rather come here for breakfast than any place in Canton.

First place I ever ate at in Macomb. Was also a hit with my parents and friends when they came into town to visit. Big servings for what you paid for and very friendly staff. Always made sure you felt welcomed. And if you like hot sauce with you breakfast foods, they’ve got quite a selection!

The food is great at very reasonable prices. They have a wonderful selection of coffees and teas, and the desserts are excellent. The menu isn't huge, but it contains quite a variety of options, and we never have an issue finding something for everyone.

Friendly Staff. Food is amazing, great atmosphere. The cinnamon rolls toasted are amazing. The Old Dairy Chocolate Chip Cookie dough brownies are the best!

Absolutely, hands down, most "homey" environment paired with incredibly friendly staff and amazing food. If you are looking for a great cup of coffee, their house blend is phenomenal. I cannot speak highly enough. ALSO- don't forget to get a lemon bar. It will change your life.
