If I could give this location a 0 I would. Literally the worst location I've ever been to. I was so excited to see if finally open inside joliet cause I have been previous times and they weren't open. Ordered a drink they had on one of the display posters they had up advertised to try something new. They looked at me like I was insane, they tapped some things on the register and gave me a price so I assumed they figured whatever out. When I got my coffee I mentioned it didn't look right and they were again confused, I had to physically show them their own picture displayed on the counter and they told me I'd have to buy the beans and can make it at home myself if I want. I was dumbfounded, to that I said maybe take that advertisement down and took my coffee and left. About 10 minutes into attempting to drink whatever they gave me I threw it away cause the "whipped cream" curdled inside my drink. So upset ☹️, I'm not sure how this location is even running.
Drove 25-30mins today just for a coffee from this place. Opening time says 12. So you would think everything would be ready by the time customers start to arrive but no. A white young male finally arrives after 12. We go up a few mins later, just for him to say “we are still opening come back later in 10mins. There’s people waiting, & leaving because we can’t be served. 12:22 he still left to put away the milk crates that had been delivered since way before he arrived. 12:30 we finally decided to leave, not in the mood for coffee at this point, Over 30mins of waiting had to leave without a coffee. Waste of time, gas & everything. If opened time isn’t 12 maybe store hours should be updated.
I love Gloria Jeans coffee. The culture of the business means a lot to me as a customer. It’s different. I have always loved coming to this specific one in the mall. But it just seems like it isn’t well taken care of anymore. Last time we went a couple months ago they didn’t have the right size cups. Went there again yesterday and they literally served me two iced coffees WITHOUT lids for the cup. Didn’t let me know before I paid (and tipped). It was just an unfortunate circumstance and sad to see the lack of quality and maintenance this location has had the past few months/year. Would not recommend anyone to come here until they get things fixed and back on track
I love Gloria jeans products, but since they brought it back at the Joliet mall the service has been very inconsistent. Most of the time when I stop in the workers are not present or are busy on their phones ignoring customers. I just got charged over $7 for a chiller in my OWN cup which only holds 24oz. Also I understand for sanitary reasons why food and beverage places don’t offer refills but the worker tried to argue with me that my cup was a Starbucks cup and they couldn’t refill it. But then I said no it’s from target they agreed to refill it. I just hope the manager helps encourage consistency at this establishment because I love Gloria jeans !
It’s a little pricy but so is Starbucks. However, I don’t mind $6 for a decent sized frozen coffee beverage, especially when they nail it in the presentation department.
Let’s just say I’ll never be coming to this Gloria jeans again. My 6 year old daughter spilled her drink inside the store. The supposed “Manager” said she will make us a new one after she takes care of everyone is the store. We waited 15 minutes until the store cleared out. Then the employee says “our store policy said we can’t make you a new drink.” Why would you make us wait then. My daughter was very sad and started crying. This rating doesn’t even deserve one star.
Was there this morning and the girl working was very polite and friendly. She answered all my questions about the old punch cards and was not bothered by me asking. Normally employees are bothered by the customers this was not the case today. Vianka (sp?) was so nice that I actually asked for her name so I could let her bosses know she is has great customer service skills
Nobody was there at 12:30 and there was a delivery of gallons of milk and other refrigerated products sitting out for over an hour without anybody there to get it in the fridge.
Love the drinks there but If your paying for an iced latte and ask the worker for a cup for extra ice to pour over your drink I expect to be given a cup with extra ice so my drink can be colder than it is. The worker was rude about not being able to give me a cup of ICE after I purchased a drink. It’s ice, I’m not asking for extra Ingredients or anything free.

Its pretty pricey but I still love Gloria Jeans. Especially the chocolate sprinkles! My drink was a little too sweet but we both enjoyed them anyway!
