Innkeeper's Fresh Roasted Coffee

I love this place! In house roasted coffee, delicious treats, and a fantastic menu including some great healthy options that changes daily. You can always expect to find something great. They offer WiFi and a great environment to enjoy your food or drinks. Service is always attentive and friendly. They do not have any of the “cozy corner” seating that some might expect from other coffee shops, instead they have more traditional dining seating tables and chairs. This place is a gem in the area.

I did not have a taste of their coffee products, I am more of a pastry person. Their peanut butter cookie was great, but nothing special. I had their truffles. Even though I got four different flavors, I did not taste a difference between them except the mint one. They were all awesome though. I'll be back to taste coffee products in the future.

Getting an Innkeeper's gift card for Christmas is one of the best gifts I received. I can't wait to try the Cinnamon Hazelnut coffee. I truly appreciate that they will grind the beans for you. Now I do believe gift cards are going to be on my gift list for others.

I’ve been a semi-regular here since I was in elementary school, now a junior in college. Innkeeper’s is one of the best places in Galesburg, but the quality has noticeably gone down within the last year with the new ownership. Things are taking longer, drinks are made different each time, owners spend time talking with patrons while workers are overwhelmed. It’s still a nice meeting place with a cozy feel, but I’ve just been disappointed almost every time I’ve gotten something over the past year.

6 stars. Great vibe, coffee, and food. Always consistently beyond the expected.

Neat little coffee shop! We went at a very busy time of day, but they seemed to move everyone along fairly well. Delicious bakery items, good coffee selection. They have some sandwiches, soups and salads. The strawberry cream cheese crescent was AMAZING! Just make sure you are a little more informed than I was, the flavors on the menu have no description. Everyone seemed pretty friendly and knowledgeable, I even got some really delicious Brazilian Beans on my way out! If I had one complaint it would be the concrete floor creates an echo and it can be a bit loud. All together great place to stop in with a friend, grab a bite and a coffee and sit and talk!

THE best coffee in town. Innkeepers is not only my favorite coffee but the food and desserts are amazing.

If you are in Galesburg, this is a great place to get coffee, tea, and some assorted sweets. Sit inside or outside and read a book or paper, or have a chat. Staff are nice and the drinks and baked goods are tasty. If you can't sit for a while, the coffee is good on the run. Only thing I wish we're different is a free refill on coffee.

Good espresso but no demitasse. They serve it in a coffee cup. A bit weird but its fine. The lattes are good as well. The pastries are also really delicious. The staff are friendly and willing to bring the coffee to you if you ask them to. It's a great coffee place that's been around for a long time. I do wish it was more of a European style place with more outside seating some ice cream and alcohol as well. I would also like to be served at my table not have to stand in line waiting for them to make the coffee. Bottom line is your not going to find a better coffee shop in all of knox county so it's a great place to stop in for a bit and enjoy a coffee as you sit outside. It's nice
