Love Brewpoint's coffee and used to come here regularly. However, recently have had several instances of questionable customer service. I felt like they were less than welcoming to my visit.

This is a fantastic place to grab a cup and go, or to stay and study. The beverages here are well crafted and taste incredible. On top of all that, the staff is super friendly and the environment is creative. I wish there was but more seating options available, because they fill up fast. Overall, Brewpoint is a gem in Elmhurst and the business should be proud of themselves for everything that they have done.
Don't listen to Ken and go to 7/11. Go to Brewpoint and get some of the finest coffee around.

The best coffee experience I have had. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. The shared space concept is great allowing for networking as well as online office plus it includes coffee (of course). The roaster is top quality and the varieties are awesome.
I live in metro Detroit but pick up coffee several times a year. I cannot wait until they get their e-commerce up and running.

This is easily my favorite coffee shop in the western suburbs. Their specialty creations are amazing! There are plenty of good coffee places but this one is absolutely great and we frequently drive the 20ish minutes or so to come here. 100% recommend. P.S. the Sacagawea is the best signature drink ever!!!

Melissa and Angelo are amazing! Super rad and love their service. It's a cute coffee shop, great for mini study sessions. Or just to enjoy a nice cup of coffee and read a book. My husband and mom love coming here! I brought my dog and tied her outside and Nina offered my dog some water. Super sweet! The Bartolome, Amelia Earhart, Sacajawea, and Lewis & Clark are my top favorite drinks!

For being a chain cafe, Brewpoint has a very "Mom and Pop" vibe. The staff were very polite, location was very clean and cozy. I had the Chia and it was great with a warmed Blueberry Lemon scone. I will revisit this place again. It is a step above other chain locations.

I was a fan of Brew Point until today. No one should have to wait 55 minutes for two coffees, especially when they call ahead. Brewpoint clearly needs to work on their staffing and time management to meet need the needs of their customers. How on earth can two coffees take 55 minutes to make? So disappointed in them.

Great atmosphere. Highly recommend trying the special brew selection. Excellent, relaxing coffeeshop that I'm glad I found. Only con is that there's no manual brew options, but the normal drip and iced coffee were fantastic, so I didn't mind after the fact. I liked the Costa Rican origin I had so much that I walked out with a bag.

Great selection of coffee's to take home and brew yourself! Id pass on the drip coffee it has been weak every time I have gotten it which I found surprising for a place that is a roastery. There Blueberry lemon scone is bomb though.
