East Moline Coffee Company

I don't tend to leave feedback of any kind, but I felt feedback was warranted after this morning. Went in, placed my order, left. The staff was exceedingly polite and pleasant.
I had ordered for my wife, and when I dropped it off to her, she said the order was wrong. She called and explained, and again, the staff was good about making new drinks for both of us even though I was happy with mine.
I drove back to EMC and they graciously apologized for the mix up. We got the right order and we are well satisfied with East Moline Coffee. Thank you for your grace and willingness to fix a mistake with no fuss! We greatly appreciate it.

Great coffee house! Nice clean and spacious décor with great coffee. Only negative is that there's no WIFI but if you bring a hotspot you should be good to go!

I go there sometimes. Their staff is very friendly. I drink a lot of coffee and would rank their regular coffee as average quality. One serious issue with this place: When there is a line of people to order, their barista/s have a bad habit of chit-chatting excessively with people placing orders. While it is nice thing, they actually spend 3 times more time on many customers and a lot of people hate it while waiting in the line. Even if you try to give a polite signal, it makes no difference to them and continue their chat and make people wait. Overtime, I tend to go less and less to this place for that reason. I like friendly baristas but they can continue to chat with some customers while helping the line move instead of making people wait endlessly.

This place used to be the excellent "Coffee Hound". They have kept the tradition of excellence alive as East Moline Coffee Company. The baristas are always friendly, knowledgeable, and seem to enjoy their clients. The decor is pretty inviting and cozy, I find myself making this my informal office a lot of the time. I also have to say that the caffe breve was done extremely well. Worth your money! :)

This place has the best drinks of anywhere in the QCA, by far. The staff are very friendly and genuine. They care about their customers and they get to know them. The place is warm and comfortable. You can sit by yourself or meet up with friends. I highly recommend this place.

Staff is super nice and the variety is so great its almost overwhelming. The muffins are really tasty, My favorite is the lemon poppy seed. Its a nice atmosphere to unwind, study etc.

We've been coming here for a few years now and we love this place. The only bad thing I have to say is the parking can get very crowded but definitely worth it. Check out the drink wall if you visit!

I’ve been here a few times now and really enjoy coming here. Coffee and food is great. The service is always wonderful. The staff is super great. I always recommend this place when I get the chance!

The girls here are super friendly. They have a great location Right by UT high school. Always smiles and always a good attitude. They have a huge variety of lattes and mochas and stuff. My favorite is the “Epstein-Didn’t-Hang-Himself-uccino”
