The associate took forever just to check how much balance I had left on my gift card. 7 minutes! That's ridiculous! She started wondering around and then she handed it over to another associate and then started chatting to the customer in drive-thru. Bad service.
Answer to the owner's response: It would have been more professional and appropriate if this was explained at that moment. And, thank you for the dollar off.

The aroma when you first walk in is amazing. They have what I believe is a coffee grinder right through the front door which is so cool. Their drinks are delicious and the seating is so much more roomy than Starbucks. The staff is so nice too which is always welcoming.

This rating is only for the quality of the espresso. This rating is not to knock the place but to help improve it. The staff was very very nice and the place looks very clean and comfortable. I love to see independent coffee shops succeed. The tannic acid taste can ruin the "espresso experience" and the espresso I had tasted very very sour. Over extraction, course grind, low temperature of the water, light roast, poor quality can all contribute to this. Hopefully you can correct this. If you don't sell much of espresso, your staff is not going to be consistent. Edit :I forgot to say that their espresso was twice as expensive as Starbucks with lower quality. Their price for a pound was also 50% higher.

Absolutely love this place! I'm becoming a regular, their coffee is so good and smooth.

I have been driving a little further just to come to this place to get my coffee and I really look forward to it.
I get americano with half and half and raw sugar and it is delicious here I just love there coffee .And every single time the people are so kind and friendly and I really appreciate that.

Really cool coffee shop with great atmosphere! Staff was really friendly. The raspberry white chocolate latte I ordered tasted high quality without the synthetic flavor you might find in other flavored coffee drinks.

Love this place! Great concept, delicious coffee every time, cozy atmosphere, and the staff is always wonderful. We drive out of our way to go here, and we usually go in (even though they have a drive-thru) just to see the staff. My favorite is their Seventh Heaven latte. You should try it. They also have things like scones available that are locally made, PLUS, they make their own sandwiches in-house. Oh! AND they make all of their flavored syrups themselves. This place is amazeballs. The only reason I gave them less than 5 stars is because they don't make my drinks hot enough for my taste, but I found a way to fix that by ordering my drinks "extra hot." :)

They make great coffee and have a super friendly staff. They roast the coffee in house and provide a welcoming environment in which to spend time. I've never had a bad cup of coffee there. While I'm not one who typically orders coffees that are flavored, I find it refreshing that they don't just squirt some artificial sweeteners into a cup and call it "vanilla." They actually make the vanilla flavoring homemade using real ingredients.

I am regular to Starbucks when out of town but when in neighborhood and need a great coffee Conscious Cup is the favorite. Papua new guinea, Columbia, Robot heart are all simply awesome.

Update: Inflation is here but did not expect this much rise in price. I used to pay ~$3 for a large coffee cup but now it is costing me $4.25. I don't know if almost 50% price hike is justified but I guess it is time to brew at home.
