I mean just look at this coffee. Delicious drinks! Friendly staff! Lots of outlets (look under the tables -- they're there)! Great wifi.

If I could rate this place zero stars I would. My fiancé and I decided to go 20 min out of the way to check out this coffee shop because of how unique the shop and beverages appeared online. Needless to say we were both extremely disappointed while we were there. The service here was terrible Saturday (3/19/22)morning. The barista had a bad attitude when asked any questions in regards to what food items they had or even what was in the specialty drinks offered. Instead of politely saying over here is the list she assumed we should’ve seen the specialty and food menus hidden in the corner of the counter. My fiancé and I had never been here before. When we received our in house orders ( I ordered the sweet beet latte) both of our orders were in to go cups however we never ordered our drinks to go. When she was asked about the items mentioned in the sweet beet latte in reference to the rose petals and glitter listed on the menu she said she didn’t do any designs because she’s bad at it , but she could pour our drinks in a ceramic cup…that she could do. There were no rose petals or glitter in my latte…nothing of what was stated on the menu. Please save your time and money and go someplace where you can get not only what you order from the menu but amazing service. We went to LUDLOW CHARLINGTON’S Friday (3/18/22) afternoon after visiting the Lincoln Park Zoo and the service was impeccable and the drinks were amazing (taste wise and aesthetically). Werewolf Coffee is not it!

I have been wanting to go with my girlfriend for awhile now and had a chance to go on Saturday 4/2/2022 for breakfast. The young lady at the counter wasn't very helpful. We ordered a beet latte, midnight bonfire latte and wanted to order some kolache and just said what we have is around the counter. We went to see what was available. We came back to the cashier asked for one that wasn't available. Then she pointed to a sign that was near the counter. Why have us go around the counter if the list of available kolaches was near the counter.
The drinks were good and it was cool that there were board games to play. The service wasn't worth it.

Loved the charcoal coffee. Kind of a hidden spot and can be a little pricy, but enjoyable. Also they put sparkles in the coffee, if you’re into that. Instagram worthy place for sure

Came here for the first time today and got the sweet beet latte, and it is soo good! It has the perfect amount of sweetness and flavor. Love the decor and vibe, will definitely be coming back!

I moved to the city 3 weeks ago, googled coffee shops near me, and here we are. There hasn't been a weekend when I haven't stopped by. What a gem! Everyone there is amazing, the vibe and the music are great. The coffee is excellent and they allow my dog in there for pickup. I am so glad I found Werewolf!

I usually love this place, one of my fav coffee shops in the city, but today I went in and the barista acted like it was a chore that I came in. From the very start with my simple order of a cortado, it’s like I was ruining their day. I had my nephew with me who was very excited about the werewolf, he made a little shriek of glee, exclaiming, “Kitty Cat!”. I watched this same barista react in a manner equivalent to rolling their eyes. Then when my drink was “made” and I asked if it was mine they responded very short and turned their back, and go figure, they made me a cap instead of the cortado I ordered. I’m also a barista, and I know the service industry can be grueling, but being kind to customers should be at the top of the list. Like my coffee shop says, “Be kind, Serve great coffee”.
