An “iced coffee” was hot coffee poured over ice, which of course immediately melted & was super watered down. Burnt tasting & took 15 minutes to make & cost $5... like why

Philz is a favorite of mine, nice to stumble across one in wicker park.

A franchise so famous and expected by me in Chicago and when I go a tremendous fly in the showcase! Gentlemen decency, a tremendous mistake on the part of Management, remove the fly and eggs? "No sir, do not worry, we will not grab your bread from the showcase", "Eyes that do not see a heart that does not feel" ...! I LOVE COFFEE but this experience was disastrous! I PUT A PIC!
