Really great coffee, friendly staff, free Pac man game, incredible vegan chocolate cake! Seriously tho, the chocolate cake. Sitting outside on the patio has a nice European vibe. Minus the heavy Fullerton traffic. But the chocolate cake...

Great selection of coffees roasted in house. Free cup when you purchase a bag of beans! They usually have a vegan sweet treat or two from West Town Bakery.

Fantastic coffee shop and local venue that hosts fun group events. Warm, welcoming, friendly. I highly recommend it, if you don't mind spending a couple extra bucks on a quality coffee.

Jimmy's staff and atmosphere has made me a regular since the first time i walked in. Giving me some of my fondest memories. Where I began to enjoy foreign blends, and the local coffee shop setting.

They let me use the gallery space for my Graduation party! The staff was super friendly and the space was beautiful. I would totally recommend for an event of 30-40 people.

Jimmy Beans is a brand new cafe and nano-sized coffee roaster, they roast beans in small batches on-site, and serve a rotating selection of 10 different varieties. They sell beans to-go, and if you're so inclined with the DIY spirit, they also sell fresh beans and small home roasters.
I had the Guatemalan which was very rich with an unsweetened dark chocolate flavor. The coffee is unique from your usual corporate stuff, and the rotating small batches keep it interesting.
The space itself is very cosy, with an eclectic artsy flair. In the back there are murals by local artist Sick Fisher, a corner couch, and the large coffee roaster to one side. Various art by local artists adorn the front walls. The coffee counter is on the right when you walk in, with various goodies by local baker, Baker Miller. Prices and sizes are listed on the menu chalkboard. I also got a free sample of the nitro cold brew coffee on tap, which was very good.
This is a great new local spot, i'm glad they're in the neighborhood!

Yeah so this wasn't a great experience. I decided to walk up there to check it out and give them some business because it'd sort of a low foot traffic area. Walk in and there is one other person and some hipster guy working who just oozed "I dont care". I asked for a large coffee and was presented a fairly small cup. I thought maybe there was some confusion so I asked if that was the large. He said yes. Its pretty much the size of a small at dunkin donuts. I know because I had to go there after and get a small. He then tells me its $3.25, I have to say for the amount and quality of the coffee, its is probably the most i've paid for coffee. I didn't think it was anything spectacular at all. The guy didn't point out where the cream and sugar was when I was looking around. I'm not the type to gripe but this was not great. If these guys want to make it they need to rethink some things.

Cozy, but cutting edge. Jimmy started his roasting bean selling business at farmer's markets, but now has this great spot in Chicago's hopping Logan Square neighborhood. Lots of seating, delicious coffee, and the smell of freshly roasting coffee.
