Excellent spot for a coffee and breakfast sandwich. Their cold brew is spot on and I tried the Denver sandwich which was very satisfying. Free WiFi and lots of tables, however it is often full. Clean bathrooms. Overall a great small business coffee shop.

Great place to chill and work on something. The Aztec mocha is delicious, would recommend!

I waited about 30 minutes for 2 sandwiches and when they called me for my order they gave me a Bagel! When I told the lady she said “oh someone might’ve walked out with your order” how?! Never coming back. This place is gentrified and Over priced! Charged me 0.25 for Ice in my coffee.

neighborhood favorite. my roommates and i have been frequenting brew brew for the past few years, and the baristas are always so kind, helpful and inviting. the coffee is superb, and service even greater.

Their coffee is good. However, I couldnt help but notice that they seem to cater more to the gentrifiers in the area. Now I dont expect to be treated like Im at the Penninsula but I also dont care to be the next to order but the white guy behind me gets his order taken and made before me. Maybe their service is better at their other location. I really wanted to support local businesses. Especially minority owned businesses. But, they lost a customer due to the many times Ive witnessed them give better service to the gentrifiers. Do better.

Had an iced coffee here and it was nothing special. However, it was over priced. I’d get a better deal at Starbucks and better quality. Customer service was not great either. With a zillion coffee shops in Chicago, you need to be on top of your game if you hope to survive. Also they had all the sugars, sweeteners, stir sticks, and straws out for you to self service. Normally that would be fine but in the age of covid19 it is not ok to have all your customers grabbing at the same bins for straws and sugars etc...

Great coffee and a very solid food selection for being a small coffee shop. Just a few things for breakfast and lunch, as well as pastry case. You can't really go wrong! I've enjoying almost everything I've had there!

Good coffee and pastries! They sell cold brew concentrate so I can make iced coffee at home while social distancing. They have a small outdoor seating area that's a little close for COVID times but otherwise a nice place to stop on my bike route.

Love this place. I try to go there whenever I'm in town. It's small but definitely quaint and the staff have always been exceptionally nice and accommodating of course there's free Wi-Fi and printing available plus outside seating for when the weather permits. The coffee and pastries are always fresh and delicious.

Not very dog friendly. I often walk my dog in the park that's across the street from here and figured it would be great to just pop in and grab a coffee to go on the way back home. Was told they're allergic (yes literally) to dogs and shouldn't bring them inside unless service dog (even though I said I wasn't staying I just wanted it to go). After paying I was suggested to wait outside and they would bring me my order. Also had to ask for a receipt, they don't offer. Attached a picture of the dangerous killer they wouldn't allow inside for a few minutes while I waited for my order.
