But for their ridculous masks policy, I would have given this place a 4-* review. It is clean, bright and very comfortable. The wine and coffee are fantastic and the staff is friendly. Upon entering the locale, where from the outside you can see everyone is un-masked at their tables, you are enthusiastically greeted by a host with a box of cheap, made-in-China cloth masks and obliged to take one. You don the performative mask, walk another 12 feet to the coffee counter, order your drink, then sit down and take your mask off, never to put it back on again. The entire place is free of masks but for this kibuki-theater of putting a mask on while you walk up to the drinks coutner. This is completely ridculous. And the staff is turned into 2nd-class citizens, forced to wear the filthy masks all day while the patrons are all eating, drinking and yukking it up without masks on, in the same enclosed space. Looking forward to returning when the perl-clutching and virtue-signalling comes to an end and we are all sane again.

Great atmosphere, and the cafe inside is very convenient and tempting

Neat idea - books, a bar or coffee. Wine is a bit expensive. My only objection is to the blatant leftist propaganda. Why can't they provide a nice neutral environment for book lovers of all beliefs?

Way overpriced bookstore with a good chunk of popular feminism collection, except they seem to be redefining feminism- this is the kind of feminism that is friendly to women, yes, but only those who are financially well off and willing to pay for the bookstore’s $4 sticker, $30 small vase, and $30 animal toy. Also, uncomfortably low-height, cheap modern style table, and an unstable chair. And come see the racial diversity here - blinding, wow.

Took a mini road trip to Champaign just to go to this place! Delicious drinks, lovely environment, and gracious staff. Will return whenever I'm in the area!

This place has such a low-key comfortable atmosphere. The chai latte is AMAZING!!!

Incredible food and great selection of books. I would highly recommend visiting. I have not yet had lunch or dinner here, but the plates look very tasty.

Love the atmosphere. It's fun and classy. I love being able to have a conversation with someone over tea and not have to scream to be heard over the music like at a bar.

Nice little bookshop and cafe - especially nice in the morning since the sidewalk area is shaded and is just fun to sit outside enjoying a cup of coffee
