The selection of plants is amazing. The customer service was poor. I asked the owners if they had variegated string of hearts similar to size of the other string of hearts and he said “larger size is very expensive. His comment implied that I couldn’t afford to purchase an expensive plant. Also while standing in line seeking assistance regarding planters, he looked directly at me and didn’t say anything. I stood there while they acknowledged other customers around me. I finally asked for help and was given help at that time. When it was my turn to check out, he said “if you don’t mind sliding over I can check out another customer,” because his partner was planting my plants. The people behind me were clearly still looking around and talking amongst themselves. It was very rude and passive aggressive / micro aggressive. As a black medical student, I didn’t appreciate his lack of good quality customer service and implicit biases related to my income. I definitely won’t be shopping there again. I’m only here temporarily so it doesn’t matter, but anytime someone spends $65+ on two plants you definitely want to be treated with respect while shopping.

I absolutely love Plantify. The collection is great and they basically sell everything you would need to be a plant parent! The prices are great, the planters are modern, and the owners are incredibly sweet, welcoming, and kind! 10/10 recommend!

These guys are excellent! Good variety of plants, knowledgeable team members, aesthetic shop, and great customer service! If they had hangout space, I'd visit more often just to chill in all that natural light. But I guess that's what the Champaign public library is for.

This is one of my new favorite stores in CU. As soon as you step through the door, you get all the happy feels.
I brought home a fiddle leaf and pothos, both are thriving and healthy.
The staff is very knowledgeable, the store is stunning, and the selection of houseplants is amazing. Could not recommend it enough!

This place is magnificent. The selection is impressive and the prices are pretty good.

For background, I'm a plant enthusiast and have over 25 plants in my home. I take pride in caring for our plant babies. I didn't have great luck with my first purchase but the owners are incredibly helpful.

Pros: owner was incredibly nice and answered my questions. I ordered two plants for pick up and the owner let me pick out which plants I wanted.

Con: my rik rak didn't do too well when it got home. The owner issued a refund after I sent a picture. Hoping it will make a full recovery but appreciate their customer service.

Super kind human and a very clean shop, the plant selection was very broad. The plants for the most part were quite large but if you have the dollars I would totally suggest spending it here. They all looked very well cared for, ill definitely be going back.

If you’re debating getting a plant, stop debating and go get some from here. This store is just as gorgeous as their photos on Instagram and their website. The plants are stunning and the shop is SO welcoming and organized. The owner is even nicer and clearly knows his stuff. He was ready to help a novice or a plant expert. I ordered through the website and went in for pickup and the owner went above and beyond to help me. Two of the plants I chose he said were on he small side so he gave me two for one (I thought the size was perfect for the price already so talk about above and beyond customer service). I also wanted a suggestion for a hard to kill plant for my husbands office and the one he suggested was already hung up in a beautiful display and he took it apart so I could have that specific one. I will definitely be back soon and recommend you go find a new leafy friend here.

Very few plant shops will repot your plant for free, and hand mix the soil right in front of you. The owner will even show you the root system of the plant while repotting and explain care. The best part is the wide array of affordable and decorative planters the shop carries in addition to its diverse and healthy plant selection. I will always recommend this business!
