My boyfriend and I are lactose intolerant, I'm also vegan. We were given regular milk lattes even though my partner had ordered us both oatmilk lattes around 9 AM this morning. Now we're feeling sick, not cool.

I'm giving three stars because 1) it's a bit pricey (a little bit more than $6 for a medium blender) and 2) they weren't very friendly at the drive thru. I got the Twix blender... I don't know if I'd say it tasted like Twix, but it was still pretty good, plus it was ready when I pulled up to the window.

Cons:
• Pricey
• Customer service was meh (not rude, but not friendly)

Pros:
• Drive thru is fast
• The coffee is pretty good

I have been trying my best to find a mango smoothie that replicates the one from Baskin-Robbins and was never able to find a place UNTIL NOW!! I literally have tried every mango 🥭 smoothie from Carbondale to Vienna and nothing comes close. I was looking for a creamy one and I am satisfied to say I have finally found one. They are my new fav for mango smoothies now.

Really nice workers and the wait wasn't long and the coffee was good. I asked for the worker's favourite latte and she gave me a white rose, so whoever you are, thank you! You were genuinely kind.

I ordered a peach “smoothie” … honestly, someone needs to instruct Scooter’s on just what constitutes a smoothie.
Firstly, there were so many ice chunks in the smoothie that I could hardly get any liquid to pass through the straw. Should have been blended much more thoroughly.
Secondly, I could barely taste any peach at all, the concoction was more like ice milk with a splash of flavoring.

It was scorching hot out, I was grateful for the coolness of the beverage, but will never again waste my $$$ at Scooter’s. Don’t waste yours 👎🏻👎🏻

Seriously!? Youre a coffee shop and you can't even get coffee right. When I ask for a large they give me a small when I say three cream and two sugar I get nothing.... plus they never tell me the total pretty sure that's illegal. They are some scammers. Never go to this outrageously priced coffee shop unless you have a coupon which I love

The coffee was extremely bitter/burned. The food was stale and had an extreme preserved food taste. On top of that, not one employee inside had their mask on. Only order here if you want your items with a side of COVID.
