Full Steam Espresso

I could start my review out and tell you about the friendly service and the great coffee and bore you with another standardized introduction to a review, but I am going to dig a little deeper into this business and something I've observed in the three years I have been in the Twin Falls area.
I met the owner shortly after becoming a pretty regular customer and this was originally over an issue that was simply a miscommunication between me and my Barista.
The test of quality with a business lies in how they resolve an issue or a miscommunication.
That was my very first impression with full steam and I was blown away by how well it was handled.
Needless to say, in South Idaho fashion; the owner Matthew and I became friends after that and he is also a regular customer at my workplace.
In my last three years at Twin Falls, I have noticed that his employees rarely ever change. He obviously treats them well and they regularly participate in activities together as a team. They also celebrate birthdays and hang out together like an extended family. Life is challenging enough, but getting love from your workplace gives your employees a better quality of life.
Yeah, you will go and the coffee and service will be fantastic; but you will order your coffee and your breakfast items knowing that you are supporting a great business that treats its staff well. If that is not community-oriented, I do not know what is.

Coffee is mediocre, also there’s this new sign out in their drive thru. Is this legal? As far as I know Java Espress, (which is what I’m assuming “The Espresso Express” stands for, is local and locally owned. Get off your high horse you’re not the only local business here.

these folks are the epitome of small business with great service and absolutely amazing coffee with other drinks too! my wife goes here once or twice a week and says there's no better place in Twin Falls to get coffee, espressos, and other drinks. thank you to Full Steam espresso for being a great small business when times are as hard as they are. one cool thing they do is give you a chocolate covered Coffee Bean with most orders.

From SLC, UT here visiting for a weekend. Was look for a cute unique coffee shop. Ordered the Iced Salted Caramel Mocha and Pumpkin Bread and wow! Did not disappoint! Good quality strong mocha and tasty pumpkin bread. Very friendly sociable staff. If I visit Twin Falls again, I'll definitely stop by again!

Love the coffee and regular staff I come here on a regular basis! Today my coffee tasted funky so I turned around and went back. She made it wrong and that’s fine but! The girl (skinny petite blond) that is apparently new told me “ well a lot of people are new and don’t know your order so maybe you should remember it!” Handed my remade coffee rolled her eyes and walked off lol Her customer service needs some work. Was kinda rude but she’s young I guess 😆🙈

I’d also advise to stay away if you are a member of the LGBTQ+ community or an ally.

Great coffee and drinks that charge a little higher than other Twin Falls shops for the size or amount of drink acquired. I remember purchasing hot cocoa from here a few years ago and it tasted like bland chocolate water, but I love the Italian sodas and mochas.
