Boomerang Coffee Co

Ohhh this place. I love the idea of this coffee shop. For the most part baristas are friendly. The coffee is OUTSTANDING. There are two negative things that bring this from a 5 star down to the 2 that I’m giving them. First of all EVERY SINGLE TIME I order my drinks I have to repeat the sizes and the flavors without fail they will always ask me twice. Secondly the other day something was wrong with their mic. I told them about it at the window that I could barley hear them talking. The barista look me in the eyes and said “it’s okay” I thought that was very odd. Still would recommend for the coffee.

The coffee here is SO good, however the wait times are difficult to justify. I’ve had to leave the line before due to the wait and this morning i spent 20 minutes in the drive through for two iced coffees and only had three people in front of me during that time frame. Then we were handed the wrong order. I’m all for supporting small business over chain but the wait times and staff training needs to be addressed.

***edited to address: I am so grateful you took the time for your reply, however I showed up at 9:35am and drove away at 9:52am. Not sure if they are clocking your “completed” properly. We sat at the window and caused an 5 car back up and had a customer to leave the line. I work for a small business and am all for understanding the learning curve and how reviews and feedback impact a business. As stated the coffee is great which is why I wanted to address the wait times when you are up against larger companies near by and I would love to continue to support local.

I ordered a coffee and my wife ordered a lemonade. Great service. Will be coming back.

I really loved this coffee shop. It’s nice to have so many sugar free options. Just passing through Twin Falls, but made sure to pass by Boomerang every time. It’s also such a cute atmosphere.

Great atmosphere and place to chill for a little while on a winter day.

I got a hot SF cinnamon roll latte, wasn’t bad but wasn’t the greatest either, tasted pretty watered down, it was missing coffee lol

Also got the bubble waffle, nothing interesting with that for the price, got the strawberry shortcake, but to me it’s missing something more,
All it has was a few diced strawberries and whipped cream.

Anyway staff was very friendly and the environment was cool!

Just wouldn’t be my go to for coffee or food, coffee should wake you up!! And this coffee did not do the job :/

My sister and I stopped in for coffee this morning. We both went with oat milk - one an oatmeal cookie latte and one a honey latte. They were both excellent and hot (I hate when I’m given warm coffee right from the start). It was a great atmosphere and some of the best alternative milk coffee I’ve ever had. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

They chatted in the drive thru with the vehicle Infront of us for 10 minutes after they received their drinks. Ours were not ready and we waited another 5 minutes for our drinks. The Mexican mocha had so much cinnamon that I choked on the first sip which was luke warm. Very disappointed.

Love this place. The place is clean and the equipment works and the staff knows how to use it.

The customer service is amazing and add a shot. Of niceness to every 🍻

Possibly the best coffee in town, definitely not the same as served anywhere else.
