I may be biased, but I love this place! I’m one of those people who LOVE reading, so I could live here and be perfectly happy for the rest of my life. There a TON of books in every genre and age range, and the books are pretty cheap! They have a little cafe with delicious scones and treats and coffee and water. This place is by far, my favorite place to go while I’m in Twin!

My kids were looking forward to being involved and making our lgbtq family feel comfortable. Now we are avoiding you out of fear of making our family feel unwanted or less than the rest.

If you or your partner is an educator, you can get a good discount on books by showing them your card! It’s been amazing! Their store is clean, well organized, all the employees are kind and helpful, and they have an amazing selection of materials. We always come here first to look for books.

I enjoy this store. Staff is always welcoming and the overall experience is great! I enjoy my visit everytime. And they always have what im looking for. Gifts and books great place to shop .

I've had issues in the past (online order, publishing Co. Pushed back release date 3x, I had a complex return), but management was able to remedy them in a timely manner. I will be back to buy from them. I'm just unsure about that blasted membership card...

Who does not like a good book.

I love that they are always willing to help me get the books that I want at a cost I can afford!

For a place that sells those rectangular things with paper pages and a lot of words, oftentimes containing stories printed on them (books, are they called?)… this place is as good as they come. It provides hours of electronics-free entertainment for the whole family every time we go.

I only gave them 1 star bc I can't give them negative stars. We normally enjoy shopping at Barnes and Noble. But we will NEVER return to the Twin Falls location. Most of the employees were great. But one very pregnant employee gave the absolute WORST customer service ever!! I left the store fighting tears. I have never felt so uncomfortable & unwelcome in my life. I couldn't leave fast enough! I don't care if she was having a bad day or fighting with her boyfriend. You DON'T treat people the way she treated us. Last time I checked, customer service mattered at Barnes and Noble.. Apparently not anymore! I'll happily take my business and money elsewhere!

We went in on 8/4 at approx 3p. If my employees were to treat clients the way she treated us, I WOULD FIRE THEM ON THE SPOT!
