Staff is nice but the drinks here are too sweet and watered down. No rich espresso flavor/ weak coffee. Reminds me of the gas station machine flavored cappuccino drinks. I wonder if people that give these drinks 5 stars haven’t had anything else to compare it to. Even when I ask for extra espresso it does nothing. Also, staff always ask for a tip when you pay.

Excellent coffee and the baristas are always friendly. I love the little chocolate covered coffee bean they give you too!

Today - 4/5/2022

Got behind someone in the Drive-Thru, here I am waiting as 2 or 3 cars get through the other side, then 4.. Realize the barista is just sitting talking to the person in front of me, for no reason. Thank you for wasting 15 minutes of my day to socialize.

My second time visit to the "Human Being" in Star ID and I was dissapointed that the coffee was immediately "Luke Warm" on our visit today.
A definite bummer but "That's the way it goes sometimes"! Tasted great but not HOT enough. Too bad, so sad. Better LUCK next time.

My favorite and better than other coffee places imo. Love the Java chip smoothie, so good! Employees are friendly and this location is pretty efficient

I usually stop here everyday. The best coffee and service.
Unfortunately today I stopped for my usual non dairy sugar free latte. I am very clear about the sugar free because I am a type 1 diabetic. About 20 minutes after my coffee I started getting really sick, I checked my blood sugar and it was 329. 🥵 Please educate your lovely baristas on on the importance of diabetics and allergies as well.

Ive ordered a vanilla latte twice now...both times it was very thin and watery with minimal flavor. It's my go-to drink at all coffee shops and this was definitely the worst I've had. Couldnt finish either one and I wont be back 😕
