Pie Hut

We got a coconut cream pie to go. Very nice people, just want impressed with the pie.

They have such an awesome blend of local, homemade items as well as delicious new things to try such as the Vietnamese sandwich. Great service as well. The pie hut is a great experience!

Best Lunch in Sandpoint! I cannot get enough of the Pie Hut. Each time I pop in I am able to try something new...and each time I walk out wanting to tell everyone to order what I just had. The food is consistently on point! I am only working in the Sandpoint area for a short while, and I have made my rounds of other places to eat, but I keep coming back to Pie Hut. Heather Gross, owner/chef of the Pie Hut has a true gift that when you find it, you have to let EVERYONE know. It would be blasphemous to keep this place a secret. If Pie Hut were to be placed in midtown manhattan, I have no doubt that it would be an overnight success. Here are all of the meals I have had, and I recommend ALL of them:
1: Quiche Lorraine -- w/ Tomato Basil Soup DESSERT: Peanut Butter Pie
2: Turkey Cranberry Sandwich-- w/ Garden Salad DESSERT: Rhubarb Pie
3: The Creamy Spinach Bruschetta Sandwich-- w/ Minestrone Soup
4: Roast Beef & Portobello on Rye with Provolone-- w/ Russian Borscht Soup
5: Jalapeño Popper Sandwich --- w/ nothing else ! DESSERT: CREME BRULEE PIE!! (my favorite pie so far)

You can't come to Sandpoint without having lunch at The Pie Hut. Creative sandwiches, soups, salads, and delicious pie. The banh mi sandwich and chicken popper sandwich are both great. Huckleberry pie in season.

Love the soup. All the food is always great. I eat here more then once a week and never get tired of it. Pot pie is also one to try yum yum

Their food and service is wonderful! Make sure you save room for pie. There are lots of great choices. Also, be ready with cash or a check; debit/credit is not accepted.

Hours posted online vary from sign on door...they close at 4 pm now...should update their website to reflect same.

Their veggie panini is SO insanely good. They put some type of sauce on there that is just incredible. I get it every time I go

OMG, so good. The pie was amazing and the taco soup hearty, yummy and filling. The place has character too, funky, hip and old school.

They have great pies but the ladies working were completely out of line. They were very rude and called my friend a derogatory term as she walked in. This is not ok behavior and I am appalled
